The team handles unexpected problems with ease, patiently explaining their work and answering questions.

The company is committed to using both traditional and state-of-the-art HVAC technologies. They have received positive reviews for high-quality installations, including Mitsubishi heat pump/air handler systems and heat pump HVAC systems. Customers appreciate their in-depth knowledge, experience, and creative solutions, such as installing a fan in the attic that turns on at pre-set temperatures.

Recently, the team successfully directed a customer to the right furnace for their home, ensuring a smooth installation with thorough cleanup. They demonstrated professionalism by starting on time, maintaining a clean work area, and re-routing vents to meet code requirements when switching from an old gas furnace to a heat pump. The quiet operation and even temperature distribution have been highlighted as major improvements. When issues arose weeks later, Julio and Rick went above and beyond by measuring and installing a custom vibration dampened earthquake restraint for the system. Customers consistently praise the patience, positive attitude, and ongoing support provided by the team. Overall, Alternative HVAC Solutions Inc. is an excellent choice for HVAC services, delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service.
