I have contacted Palo Alto Plumbing on 4 occasions. On all 4 occasions I can report the same consistent high level of service and competency. 1) they got the job done. first try, and in an efficient manner 2) they arrived on time, (sounds funny to have to say that but you would be surprised how other service providers are) 3) they were polite 4) they even made payment (which is very fair in my opinion) easy to do. Special shout out to Joe, Jacob and most of all Charlotte. ;-)

I have been using Palo Alto Heating and Air for about six years now. They never let us down. Efficient, polite always and work to make solutions as soon as they can. I highly recommend always!

Absolutely stellar service and professional beyond belief. I called right at the end of day yesterday to get a leaking pipe fixed and they immediately responded sending Rico to fix the issue. It turned out to be far more complicated than anyone expected and took close to three hours to resolve. As the issues became more complex, Rico just kept smiling, solving and moving forward. He was exceptional in every way and I will never use anyone else in this area other than PA Plumbing and Heat.Services: Plumbing leak detection
