I met with Israel the next day, showed him what I wanted, and he explained there was room to add a third zone to our heating/cooling system. They were able to come and do the installation earlier than expected. “Excellent service from Stephan Reich. He was professional, knowledgeable, and diagnosed the issue within 15–20 minutes.

The $200 consultation fee is on the higher side, but it was absolutely worth it. I’d rather pay more for a skilled technician than deal with guesswork or wrong fixes. The issue was a simple air filter problem, and Stephan clearly explained system operation, maintenance, and how often filters should be changed.

They’re based in Milpitas and service Dublin as well—glad I found them. Plus, Stephan is easy to talk to and very approachable. Highly recommend.“
