“I called Duke’s for an estimate for a new furnace but instead of giving me a quote he ( Duke himself) checked my system and the thermostat first because he said I might not really need a new furnace. The problem turned out to be just a broken thermostat. He also cleaned the heat sensor, etc…He came on time, he was very nice, wore booties every time he entered my house to protect my floors and carpet ( it was raining at the time too!). He changed the thermostat and charged me for service and the thermostat for less than 200.00 vs the thousands of dollars I was quoted by other HVAC companies for a new furnace which they immediately recommended I need to replace just because the furnace is over 20 years old. However, If it turns out that this furnace need to be replaced, I know I will call Duke’s to do the job! Thanks Duke!!Services: Repair HVAC“

Our dryer started squeaking and I contacted this company through yelp- they responded extremely fast and gave me a few times they had available for that same day. They showed up on time, the tech wore booties in the house ( thank you!) he got the issue diagnosed really quickly and was able to fix it right them. He even showed me the parts he needed to replace in case I wanted to show the landlord. He was done in less than an hour and was very professional and polite. Very fairly priced and they send me a paid invoice the next day for my records. Dryer works great now- so thankful I found this company. I will recommend to anyone in need of appliance repair.“

They researched my obscure air conditioning unit, they were able to roll with some difficult documentation, made adjustments as needed, and were able to solve problems on the fly.Professional, it might sound like an basic requirement, but it entails various facets that we most definitely notice when not there. They knew their craft well as professionals and were able to solve problems because of that knowledge base. They did the job efficiently; I felt like every second wasn't wasted and they were able to finish the job at a high quality with in the quoted time.I never felt like I was being taken advantage of, everything was explained, they walked through the installation, everything seemed of high caliber. “Woke up one morning to no hot water. Never having an issue with the water heater before and not familiar with repair, I called Kbeck and was added to their schedule for that same day. In the meantime I watched a YouTube video on relighting the pilot light and to my luck it lit right up. I waited a couple of hours and checked the water temp and still no hot water. Leave it to the professionals. Kbeck arrived at the appointment time and had to replace the pilot assembly.Plus they have an A+ rating with Better Business Bureau.“
