“This is the definition of top notch service. I called with a problem with my hydronic heating system. He said he could show up in a couple of hours. First wow, Sure enough, the truck pulled up 2 hours later.
He looked at the controls and quickly identified the problems including demonstrating the problems in a way that he couldn’t have been making up.
I asked for an estimate, and he clearly divided the cost between parts and labor.
Second wow, he had the parts in stock ON HIS TRUCK.
Two hours later, everything was installed, tested, and cleaned up.
While I hope to never need his services again, I would call him in a heartbeat if needed.
P.s. he also said he had 20 years of experience with a well known long term hydronics provider.“

“This is third time in the last month that members of our extended family were very pleased with Palo Alto Plumbing. For today's plumbing job at our house, Jake was terrific. He came on time, he was obviously very skilled, he knew that we had old plumbing fixtures and he knew how to work with them, and he got the faucet replaced in 1/2 an hour even though we thought it would take much more time. He thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. He was also willing to wear a mask. He even wore covers on his shoes when he came indoors to keep our house clean.“

“I was a little worried when no one showed up at the scheduled time for our first appointment, but then realized I never provided them my address. I met with Israel the next day, showed him what I wanted, and he explained there was room to add a third zone to our heating/cooling system. They were able to come and do the installation earlier than expected. Ruben was punctual and a great communicator and went the extra mile when I requested he wrap one final vent strictly for aesthetic purposes. Bubak came out a few days later to wire the units and to set up the thermostat. It all went smoothly and I am super happy with the price and process. Highly recommend.“

“This company was the fourth I contacted and got estimates for replacing my furnace. I chose A & R (Marko) because he’s practically neighbor and local here in my city.
His estimate was reasonable and close to all that I contacted. He gave me tips and tricks on what to do for proper maintenance on all our HVAC. Tips on not needed and money savings maintenance.

I am glad I decided to choose his company because Marko did a great job replacing my old, over 40 yrs, furnace. He did everything in one day, installed, checked and even checked my upstairs furnace and A/C too done by somebody else. He made a correction on the A/C duct that was incorrectly installed just a few years back. He smelled a little bit of gas coming from my water heater and he was able to fixed it as well.
He was extremely easy to contact when I had a question the next day regarding the new furnace. I texted him and he immediately called me back and helped me fixed it.

“Boudreau Plumbing & Heating just left my house. There was a problem with the installation of my mini-splits that had been done by a different company, and I had no heat. It was a complicated mess that needed a lot of debugging. Boudreau were excellent. They knew what they were doing and they fixed everything. Best of all, they did quality work.

I’m a handyman. I know the difference between quality work, barely good enough work, and shoddy work. Most contractors I deal with overcharge for shoddy work. Not Boudreau. I was VERY pleased with them, and will happily call them again if there is ever another problem with my HVAC system.

I really don’t know if they’re the cheapest price around, because that’s not what I was looking for. I wasn’t shopping around for price, I was shopping around for knowledge and quality of work.
