Below are the best 6 plumbing services in Menlo Park picked by BestProsInTown
“First time having my home systems serviced (AC, tankless water heater and furnace). Both Sal and Matthew are friendly, courteous and professional. Sal answered all my initial questions and booked by service right away. And Matthew was very polite and I hardly noticed he was there while he did his job. Showed me what he did at the end and answered any questions I had. Definitely recommend and will be using them again.”
“Man. These guys came through for our restaurant once again.
We had a burnout Gas valve that required some light electrical and plumbing.
They jumped into action, took charge and got things fixed within 30 minutes of arrival.
10/10”
“i went online to book a plumber for a routine drain snake and line check at our home in Menlo Park. the office called back right away and asked if we wanted an earlier appointment instead of waiting, which was a really thoughtful suggestion. i appreciated how proactive the dispatch team was and how they wanted to make sure our drains were taken care of as soon as possible. the communication was excellent from start to finish. we got follow-up calls with updates on the crew’s arrival time, which made the whole plumbing service feel organized and professional. when the technicians arrived, they carefully inspected the drain lines and found that the issue was with a secondary line, not the main sewer line. i really valued their honesty because they recommended only the plumbing work that was actually needed. the job took time and real effort since the lines had not been cleaned in quite a while, but the crew stayed patient and kept working until the drain flow was restored properly. while they were there, we also asked them to check the garbage disposal and kitchen plumbing under the sink. during that inspection, they discovered a badly worn pipe that needed replacement. we were very thankful they caught it before it turned into a bigger leak and caused more water damage. they explained the repair clearly, gave us a fair quote for the additional pipe work, and got started once we approved it. the plumbers made extra trips for the right parts and still stayed focused on finishing the repair the right way. even after a long day, they remained friendly, respectful, and committed to completing the job. they worked neatly, protected the work areas, and cleaned up well when everything was finished. the team was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and took time to explain the drain cleaning and pipe repair process in simple terms. we felt they had strong integrity in both their pricing and workmanship. we will definitely call this plumbing company again for future drain, sink, and pipe projects.”
