Our fridge and freezer broke down on Friday before the long weekend. Honestly, I thought we will be in for a long, painful and expensive process. Someone highly recommended this company to me. I called and the technician (Jim) came to our house in 30 minutes... on a Saturday!! He diagnosed the problem, fixed it (came prepared with the right parts) and left - all within an hour. I still can't believe that all my food is safe and I don't have the headache of looking for technician, parts and especially new expensive fridge. Thank you, Jim!!
