Found these guys while searching AC repair near me after the unit started blowing warm air. They showed up on time, diagnosed the problem fast, and had cold air coming back before the afternoon was over.
Air conditioning emergencies are real…when the A/C in our large commercial kitchen died, we had staff walk off the job because of the unbearable 111* heat while others took turns standing in our walk-in cooler and freezer. Not only were our employees miserable but this represented a serious spoilage problem for us as we had just purchased a ton of fruits and vegetables for the Fourth of July holiday. The A/C unit we had was old and kaput, completely unrepairable and our landlord (who is responsible for this equipment per our lease) was MIA. Some A/C companies told they were booked up 8 weeks in advance (typical in mid-summer) so I turned to Mark at JMR Heating & Air Conditioning. He understood our need for immediate relief and arranged for a new 3.5 ton unit to be shipped immediately. A few days later he and his crew arrived exactly on time at 6am with a crane, put the new unit on the roof and our kitchen was back to 70* that morning. Our employees and I are very thankful to Mark and JMR Heating & Air Conditioning for their expediency at a very reasonable price. One vendor had quoted us nearly twice what JMR Heating & Air Conditioning charged us claiming that was the cost for “emergency service.”
I doubt JMR Heating & Air Conditioning begins most jobs at 6am but Mark made sure our needs were met ASAP and went the extra mile for our company. This is how loyalty is earned. All I can say is thank you! JMR Heating & Air Conditioning sets the customer care bar so high…their competitors need to charter a plane just to see it.

Really great pain and tension relieving Thai Massage! Booked a 90 minute couples Thai Massage. My calves, and upper back have been feeling very tense from all the compounding stress. Nikki was my masseuse, she very intuitive and strong. She adjusted strength when I requested, and my body feels great! My partner also had a similar experience. The masseuse here are very intuitive and listen to your needs. We'll definitely be back!

My mom who is over 80 years old broke her one of Gel builder nail and it was so painful. Erica took her just 10 minutes before closing and fixed it, removed all gels, cut her nail short polished and put another gel builder on the broken nail so that her nail can grow from where it was broken. Did a great job and very gentle!!

I recently came to lashes to toes and had a wonderful experience. Not only were there hundreds and hundreds of different colors to choose from, but Ilena did an amazing job painting my nails. The place was lovely and the location was very nice with lots of parking. The nails came out even better than I expected and she was even able to do different designs. She also did my friends lashes, and they turned out beautifully.

We brought our white linen upholstered dining room chair to Beacon because we had dropped a plate on it with a dark brown butter, soy and honey sauce. We thought it was beyond repair. But Norma was very courteous and available on a Saturday morning and David kept us informed about the status of his extraordinary efforts. We will definitely hire Beacon for all of our future cleaning projects.
I had five rugs that needed cleaning, three of them hand-made Persian rugs. I contacted Rug Masters in Laguna Niguel and spoke with Kourosh. He gave me some preliminary estimates on the phone. A few days later he and his assistant picked up the rugs. One of them was under a heavy coffee table and they had to lift it, not easy! They returned the rugs within a week which was earlier than promised. The rugs look very clean and nice! I am pleased with the work Rug Masters did and it was a pleasure working with Kourosh and team. I would recommend using them, especially if you have hand-made rugs.

Jason and Jim Elliott had previously installed hardwood floors in our house back in April 2020. After renovating our kitchen, we decided to have the same wood product installed in the kitchen. After demo of the existing tile floor, the Elliott's spliced in the new kitchen hardwood seamlessly with the existing flooring in the adjacent rooms. The craftsmanship was superb. The high quality of the molding installation was the capstone. All the cuts and fitment were perfect.

I needed to replace 8 year old basic builder carpet and pad before i moved into a new place. I only had 1.5 weeks before move day so I needed to act quick. After getting 5 quotes, nobody came close to the price and install turnaround that Matt at Carpet Choice was able to offer. Two days after selecting a carpet, Matt's install team was at my place laying ~1000 sq ft of Dreaweaver Common Ground along with 6 lb padding. Nobody was home to supervise the installation but the two man fully completed the job in about 6 hours. They left my place clean and fully removed all original carpet, pad, and scraps from the new carpet. Jonathan was the most helpful and kind person, and super knowledgeable about bees, their behavior, what might make them leave, and removal techniques. We had bees making a hive inside the walls of our RV. Calling Jonathan really put my mind at ease and gave me confidence that we could solve the problem. Based on my own travel schedule, I wasn't able to hire him but he gave me 15 minutes of his time for free, coaching me through how to remove them (while being willing to fit me in in a pinch if my efforts failed). Thanks to him, we were able to take care of the issue (luckily just a small swarm). If I ever find myself in need to hire someone, I'd 100% use Jonathan. I wanted a complete renovation of my large patio garden starting with the very poor dirt. I watched them screen my dirt to remove debris and creat soft workable soil. They amended that too. We added trees and a root barrier and lots of ferns and flowers. Robyn is knowledgeable and a very hard worker. I love my garden and highly recommend this company.

Landcrafters is amazing. In a newly purchased home, I needed to have hardscape removed and turf with good drainage installed for my two large dogs to be able use the yard. The project manager Pat was great with recommending options and transparent about potential issues like where we could connect to main drainage lines. He also helped recommend vinyl decking for a decorative slat wall that really elevated the look of our yard. The team doing the work were super professional and clean. The end result was exactly what I was hoping for and they finished in time and on budget with Pat communicating progress the whole way. Definitely a great value for the quality of work done.

I went in with some cavities and left with beautiful looking teeth. Dr. Vetter always goes above and beyond! She keeps up with the newest dental research and procedures. She is very conscientious and careful to make the procedures as comfortable as possible.
I’ve been to WAY too many dentists over the last 10 years, it felt impressive to find a place that I trusted and didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of. Mint dental is clean, high tech and very honest. There is no upselling or pressure to do unecessary procedures. I chipped my tooth recently and they got me in same day and took great care of me - and the price to fix my tooth was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

So far my experience has been very positive here. I have had crown preps laser gum surgery and one dental implant started. I would say this dentist is very knowledgeable clean safe and pain free. I am extremely excited to see my final crowns and dental implant.

5/5 stars, highly recommend! I came across Moov while I was looking for alternative care options to traditional PT for my chronic back pain. I had been looking for someplace where you weren’t treated as separate body parts but as a full connected human; I was also hoping to find a place where I could work closely with one person for a full session and Moov delivered! Dr. Lindsey was my first point of contact and she was so helpful and encouraging while arranging an initial assessment. During my initial visit, Dr. Garret actively listened to my list of chronic and acute pain problems and then validated the severity of each issue during the physical assessment and what my preference of treatment priority would be. While discussing my proposed treatment plan, he provided clear explanations of what he had determined was most likely causing the problems and walked me through the full treatment plan. Each session is 1:1 for the full hour, you receive your doctor’s full attention with position corrections and frequent checkins during each exercise. I saw immediate improvement during my first appointment and I’ve been building on that ever since! My at-home exercises have also been easy to keep up with, they actually work with calming down and reducing pain flareups, and I can tell I’m finally building back my strength.
I am very grateful I found Moov, and they have delivered on every promise made: they looked at the whole picture; 1:1 attention, and education and exercises you can keep using, no joint cracking just to get you back the next week.
For practical review purposes: the office is clean, quiet, and all of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The office itself is easy to access and is in a shopping center with plenty of parking.
Dr.Bowser is an amazing Chiropractor.. He knows the body and is a healer... I started coming to his office 3 years ago, I was suffering with severe sciatica nerve pain and could barely walk.. I always thought it was my back , he told me it was all coming from my knee, causing me to walk wrong .. He helped adjust and make walking bearable, I unfortunately needed knee replacement because I let it go so, long .. but Dr. Bowser adjusted me even right after surgery to help with the back issues that happened during surgery, I wouldn't have trusted ANYONE else to work on me 1 week after surgery but him .. I continue to see Dr, Bowser whenever I need adjustments.. Recently had vertigo issues & that I needed to go to ear specialist but tried Dr. Bowser first he knew exactly what was causing it and adjusted my neck, instantly relieved my dizziness.. At first I thought it was weird that he didn't take insurance, that he didn't have a receptionist in his office, didn't take X-rays, but I Thank God I listened to ALL the reviews & went for that 1st visit.. He Not like ALL the other Chiropractors & that's a blessing.. if you have pain that you can't get figured out, Do yourself a huge gift and call this gifted doctor...

I originally chose Well Groomed because they’re AKC Safe Grooming and Fear Free Certified, and they’ve exceeded my expectations every visit. I first brought my Japanese Akita when he was 5 months old, and the team did an amazing job; they even sent me an adorable photo of him in the bath.
When I brought him back around 10 months old, he was going through a fear/anxiety phase. Instead of pushing him beyond his comfort level, they called me to explain that grooming wasn’t the right choice that day. They introduced me to their free “Happy Visit” program, where dogs spend 15 minutes exploring the salon and receiving treats to build positive associations. One groomer even came out to help when my boy was too nervous to leave the car. That level of care is truly above and beyond.
After taking advantage of the Happy Visit, he came back today and made it through his entire groom! I can’t say enough about the professionalism, patience, and compassion of this team. If you want groomers who genuinely put your dog’s well-being first, this is the place. Just look at how happy my boy is in the photo; that says it all!

Really great pain and tension relieving Thai Massage! Booked a 90 minute couples Thai Massage. My calves, and upper back have been feeling very tense from all the compounding stress. Nikki was my masseuse, she very intuitive and strong. She adjusted strength when I requested, and my body feels great! My partner also had a similar experience. The masseuse here are very intuitive and listen to your needs. We'll definitely be back!

This was the best massage I’ve had in a long time. They were able to get me in within an hour of me calling. The massage was exactly what I asked for, deep tissue with hard pressure and the stretching felt so good. The space is also decorated so beautifully and they gave tea and pineapple after the service. I had a phone consultation with Karen regarding a few issues that have been troubling me tremendously. I was hoping that I would be able to have an in person session with her, as I had grown rather desperate for my conditions which needed therapy, but she was not seeing clients during to the pandemic. She called me after receiving my email and asked me to share what was going on. I explained that I was having some knee pain and TMJ issues. Imagine my delight to learn that Karen had a number of recommendations on how I could relieve my issues. I immediately went from feeling overwhelmed and hopeless (given that I was positive I needed hands on work) to feeling hopeFUL and inspired. Karen is a fantastic listener and very empathetic and took the time to fully understand what I was experiencing so she could best guide me. I took her up on several recommendations right away and I was amazed to see how powerful her recommendations truly were. I experienced relief surprisingly quickly and I'm continuing to make solid progress. Karen demonstrates a great love and skill for sharing her expertise and helping to educate me about how to best prevent aggravation of my issues and how to take better care of my body moving forward. In that one call, I learned FAR MORE than I ever expected would come from a phone consultation. I am extremely impressed; not just by her expertise and knowledge in a variety of treatment approaches, but by her passion and love for helping others move away from unnecessary pain and back into a life of movement and ease. I am tremendously grateful to Karen! I thought I was out of options and required hands on work, but she had recommendations for methods and self-treatments that have been surprisingly effective! I have recently relocated from Boston to Orange County and was in need of a massage therapist . Having been through four major surgeries over the past year; two hip replacements , knee reconstruction , etc, I needed someone to help me through the rehab process. Emma, Nancy and Tina are all perfection! They are all friendly as well as very professional . I try and go once or twice a week and Grace Massage has helped me overcome a high pain level during my recovery . It is the best place for treatment in the Orange County area for sure .

I have been to well over one-hundred Physical Therapy sessions in different establishments over the years. I started going to Rausch last year and was happy with the PT staff there. I had reason to go again for a knee ailment this year. My first six visits were with six different Physical Therapists. I did this for two reasons. One, to try different PT's to see which one I liked the best. And two, it fit my schedule. My favorite is / was PEYTON L. She is very knowledgeable. She is always upbeat, smiling and happy, even at the end of the day. I appreciate that. Don't get me wrong. I don't dislike the other five PT's I tried. I just like working with PEYTON L the most.
I would give Rausch 5-Stars, but I am not a fan of the calls to the location being out-sourced to the Philippines. Also, when you check-in, you talk to a computer monitor to someone who is in the Philippines as well. I find this very awkward.
Dr. Marshall has really helped my lower back with accupuncture. One day it was really bad and the relief was instant. They are always on time and compassionate. Krysten at the front desk is always welcoming and friendly.
I've been coming to Jae and Joo since November 2021. At the time they were helping me with sciatica caused by a pinched nerve. I couldn't stand up and they got me standing, walking and whole again. I've since continued to work on my wellness regularly with them addressing issues as they arise and I can say that I've become so knowledgeable about my body and have improved my health tremendously. Most recently I've also been benefiting from the K Beauty treatments. Everyone has been noticing the results on my face which is now sculpted and appears more youthful.
