We just had laminated flooring installed by Tompkins and I'm very pleased with the whole process and end result. Chris came to our house did the measurements and gave us a compatible price with detailed estimates. He worked with me to satisfy my requirements. During the process, he's responsive and always has answers to calm my nerve. Manuel and his crew did the demolition and installation. Manuel is very easy to communicate with. He listened to my concerns and never argued with me. There were a couple places that require special cuts for the baseboard and molding, he showed me his design before nailing or gluing down. I hired this company to install carpet and laminate flooring. After just 5 years, it has developed noticeable bumps and is no longer covered under warranty. I gave 3 stars is because no problem with laminate.
