After doing monthly Chiropractor Care, Laser Therapy & seeing a different massage therapist, my recovery was minimal. After a few treatments with Dr. Marshall within a few weeks, the mobility in my neck and relief from the pain has improved. I'm looking forward in continuing my plan of care with Dr. Marshall and I will highly recommend her to anyone that needs a well experienced and compassionate Acupuncturist.“

“I have written reviews before for The Perfect Workout, however, I was feeling compelled to update my previous review.I have been training at the Laguna Niguel studio for over 12 years, during that time, Kim Van Loon has always been one of my trainers and the manager, her expertise, attitude, warmth, never ending drive to listen to her clients needs and to continually provide the most beneficial workout experience possible, has definitely helped to keep me wanting to come in for my workouts. Truly can't stress enough, how important it is to feel safe with your trainer and not be concerned about any possible injuries. I can't tell you how many new trainers, have expressed to me their respect for Kim's training and guidance for them, it's so refreshing to hear so many positive comments from employees. As a business owner for over 35 yrs, I can see what a great example Kim sets for the other trainers at her studio, her training schedule is typically very full and she always sets her clients and fellow trainers needs ahead of hers. The vibe at this studio is so positive, fun and upbeat, definitely a very cohesive team, who enjoy what they're doing to help their clients.There have been so many great trainers at this studio, I will miss Ashley, who has chosen to pursue other avenues. I know that the management at TPW recognizes the importance of quality employee retention and the cost of recruitment and training. Obviously maintaining an excellent reputation is a huge level of success factor, which is largely achieved through top notch management practices/policies and qualified, talented and happy employees. Even though COVID presented many challenges and hardships to many businesses, glad that Laguna Niguel studio was able to offer at least Wednesday evening and Saturday appointments again, hopefully this continues.The Perfect Workout has a great product/service, although it's not inexpensive, however, as long as they maintain their ongoing level of quality service, I can honestly say, that I'm happy to pay the price and feel the value/benefits are well worth it . I'm truly grateful for this type of studio and training concept to be available to me!“
