I got married yesterday and one of the biggest blessings was having Pure Essence as part of my wedding day. I had the most fun yet relaxing morning with Danielle, Kim, and Nora. I had never gotten my makeup done before, but I knew I wanted to for my wedding day. I was so nervous, but Danielle soothed all my worries at my bridal trial. It was a beautifully collaborative morning where we were able to fine tune how my inspiration would work on me and my features. When it came to the morning of the wedding, we discussed any tweaks from the trial and Danielle executed it all calmly, efficiently, and honestly perfectly. I genuinely have never looked better in my LIFE yet I still felt like me. Kim and Nora worked their absolute magic to make my bridal party and my mom look their best and help their confidence skyrocket. By the time Pure Essence left my house, every person was ready for any photo or any experience that was going to come our way that night. I danced for three hours straight and my hair and makeup still absolutely killed it. Finding someone that isn’t going to treat you like a copy and paste is really hard, but you don’t have to worry about that with Pure Essence. Clear communication and realistic expectations will allow them to turn you into the most confident and self-assured version of yourself. Thank you a million times over!!

I came in with not so defined expectation and open to creative artistry. That is exactly what Alina provided. I wanted to keep most length and Alina gave me a cute bouncy haircut and applied a nice glossy sheen to my dark hair. The haircut is nice both styled and naturally air dried. Her space is welcoming, bright and tidy! She instantly makes you feel comfortable and walks you through her process and makes sure you are happy with service and results!! Stopped in for my first haircut today and am very happy with the results and experience. Yoly was very kind, friendly, and professional. She took the time to understand what I wanted, and slowly cut my hair to make sure that the length was just right. I also appreciated that she observed all the pandemic precautions (i.e., face masks and gloves), especially given the recent surge in the area. Overall, it was a great experience and a very reasonable price. I will definitely be coming back for my next haircut!
Ok Yall! I absolutely loved Treeny (sorry if spelled wrong) and her devotion to getting my hair colored. Her and her husband are as friendly as you could imagine the happiest couple to be. I can’t recommend this place more!!

Diana does such wonderful work! She is very professional and runs a clean and welcoming studio. I have purple hair underneath my brown (dyed to hide the grey ?) and she has managed to keep my hair healthy even with years of bleaching and coloring. 10/10 would recommend.
Whitney is a master colorist! I've been going to her for years, but have not left a review yet. She always "gets" exactly what I want, hair-wise and she is also very kind and easy to talk to. This is a great salon if you are looking for cut, color and/or balayage in the South OC area.

I did a lash lift and microneedling and both services were amazing! This was my first time doing microneedling and I couldn’t be happier. My skin feels refreshed and I can already see a glow. Definitely coming back for more treatments!

They have the best program to help with beginner from A-Z to establishing Body contouring business. I have Excel a try and Tina highlighted my hair platinum highlights she did an AMAZING job first try. Then she did my gel nails, super awesome job! It’s so convenient to go for both services in the same place! I am very happy with Tina. The salon excellent quality at affordable prices! Everyone is friendly polite (they will not look on your face and laugh while speaking their native language) I HIGHLY recommend Excel Salon and Tina for highlights and Gel Nails!

We contacted Austin, of Mason Electrical, to help with the reinstallation of a 240 plug to charge an electric car in our garage. He was super responsive and communicative. He was able to work us into his schedule in a timely manner. He showed up right on time and was quite personable, kind and easy to talk to. He is clearly quite knowledgeable and walked us through many questions we had about upgrading our panel, which is something we've been needing to do. His work was executed perfectly and we are already talking with him about more projects we have for him. Excellent experience.
