My rescue is skittish and the first place I took him, they called me and said they won't buzz him because he's freaked out. Still charged me full price after they asked that I pick him up. He got a bath and that was it. I explained to Marcelo, I left my first and second rescue, feeling confident that they're in good hands, I picked them up looking handsome as ever. We found our forever groomers.

This is the best grooming salon ever! Marcello and his team have been grooming my dog for over 2 years now and I cannot ask for better service! My dog is so comfortable around everyone there. They use high quality products and everyone is so professional and gentle!

We are new to dog grooming, we have never had a dog that needed a haircut until we got a labradoodle. I called a few local places and mobile to find out pricing. I loved how close Sancho and Lucky's was to my house and their pricing was the best I had found. I made an appt online which was very easy. When I brought him in the groomer was very friendly and asked lots of questions to find out what I was looking for. Since I have never had to groom a Labradoodle I had no idea what I was wanting him to look like. She was amazing and he looked perfect when we picked him up, exactly what we wanted.
