“I have been to well over one-hundred Physical Therapy sessions in different establishments over the years. I started going to Rausch last year and was happy with the PT staff there. I had reason to go again for a knee ailment this year. My first six visits were with six different Physical Therapists. I did this for two reasons. One, to try different PT's to see which one I liked the best. And two, it fit my schedule. My favorite is / was PEYTON L. She is very knowledgeable. She is always upbeat, smiling and happy, even at the end of the day. I appreciate that. Don't get me wrong. I don't dislike the other five PT's I tried. I just like working with PEYTON L the most.

I would give Rausch 5-Stars, but I am not a fan of the calls to the location being out-sourced to the Philippines. Also, when you check-in, you talk to a computer monitor to someone who is in the Philippines as well. I find this very awkward.“
