love coming here solely for the great service from Kaitlin! I first met her at the Newport location and got so lucky to have her at my new location. She's been so amazing each time--so nice and helpful. Makes your experience just so much better

This is a long overdue for the crew at PBT. I've been coming here now for 4+ years and can honestly say I've never had any issues with this location. PBT is always clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They carry a ton of products to fit all budgets. Not to mention they always have sales going on as well as members incentives. If you're looking for a new salon you should definitely give them a try!

Savannah is so knowledgeable and sweet. Every time I come into the salon she already knows who I am. She recommends the best products. She goes above and beyond, with not only customer service but also making you feel like you belong. Every time I go in the salon she greets me happily. She is the reason I keep coming back to this location. Give this girl a raise she goes above and beyond!
