“I have had neck and shoulder injuries; treated in the past with surgery and chiropractic care. I had moved to Laguna Niguel after 25 years in La Jolla and was experiencing significant neck pain and needed help. I read so many great things about Dr Waddell that I signed up for a consultation. I was quickly contacted and schedule very quickly. My X-rays and scan showed that my neck was messed up. After a few weeks of visiting 3 times a week; I had significant relief. I now go once a week just to keep everything moving well. Dr Waddell is very flexible with appointment times and Koa; the therapy dog is always there to greet you.“

“I have been going to California Rehab for a number of months and they have done an excellent job for me. I had a major surgery on almost my entire spine in August 2022. After about 6 months, my surgeon suggested that I could go to physical therapy. I went to three different physical therapy organizations and was not at all satisfied with my treatment and their organizational approach and behavior. I stopped going. My back was still full of pain. I had a hard time wearing my clothes and shoes and even laying down to sleep. I had to take very strong pain medication to somewhat reduce the pain. Finally, one of my physicians suggested that I should definitely try California Rehab on Aliso Creek. Reluctantly, I decided to go there and see if they were any better. I was absolutely shocked to see, on my first visit, how wonderfully they interviewed me and treated me. On my first visit, the office manager,Kaitlin, was treating me as if she had known me for a long time and as if I was a family member. She is a very kind and excellent manager. I was wonderfully surprised, but immediately thought to slow down and wait to see how the therapists were going to treat and deal with me. I was assigned to a wonderful therapist named Keith, whom I later found out is the boss at the organization. He is obviously the leader who forms and manages the excellent existence and delivery of his team Later he assigned me to Juan to continue my therapy. Again, I could not believe how kind and professionally high skilled he is.“

“Very strong masseuses here! I always feel like they give my body a good workout every time I come here for massage. Lots of pressure and mobility work. I do a lot of running & biking, so they focus on my T-band. It hurts a lot, but helps so much! Very nice experience too with tea and pineapple after the massage. Would recommend!!“
