“I have been to well over one-hundred Physical Therapy sessions in different establishments over the years. I started going to Rausch last year and was happy with the PT staff there. I had reason to go again for a knee ailment this year. My first six visits were with six different Physical Therapists. I did this for two reasons. One, to try different PT's to see which one I liked the best. And two, it fit my schedule. My favorite is / was PEYTON L. She is very knowledgeable. She is always upbeat, smiling and happy, even at the end of the day. I appreciate that. Don't get me wrong. I don't dislike the other five PT's I tried. I just like working with PEYTON L the most.

I would give Rausch 5-Stars, but I am not a fan of the calls to the location being out-sourced to the Philippines. Also, when you check-in, you talk to a computer monitor to someone who is in the Philippines as well. I find this very awkward.“

The massage was exactly what I asked for, deep tissue with hard pressure and the stretching felt so good. The space is also decorated so beautifully and they gave tea and pineapple after the service. Purely by luck, my first massage was with Phoebe. She is extremely knowledgeable about what causes pain, and how to treat just the right area to get the muscles to relax. You just tell her where the pain is and she will explain how she will fix it as she proceeds to do gmher magic.

“I had a phone consultation with Karen regarding a few issues that have been troubling me tremendously. I was hoping that I would be able to have an in person session with her, as I had grown rather desperate for my conditions which needed therapy, but she was not seeing clients during to the pandemic.
