Reviews
Arash at SoCal Rug Masters was so helpful and a true professional. I inherited a Persian rug and didn’t really know how to care for it. Arash gave me instruction and also washed and dried my rug. It looks absolutely beautiful! I received such excellent customer service from such a friendly And knowledgeable person! Thank you Arash!!!!
I had five rugs that needed cleaning, three of them hand-made Persian rugs. I contacted Rug Masters in Laguna Niguel and spoke with Kourosh. He gave me some preliminary estimates on the phone. A few days later he and his assistant picked up the rugs. One of them was under a heavy coffee table and they had to lift it, not easy! They returned the rugs within a week which was earlier than promised. The rugs look very clean and nice! I am pleased with the work Rug Masters did and it was a pleasure working with Kourosh and team. I would recommend using them, especially if you have hand-made rugs.
