I had five rugs that needed cleaning, three of them hand-made Persian rugs. I contacted Rug Masters in Laguna Niguel and spoke with Kourosh. He gave me some preliminary estimates on the phone. A few days later he and his assistant picked up the rugs. One of them was under a heavy coffee table and they had to lift it, not easy! They returned the rugs within a week which was earlier than promised. The rugs look very clean and nice! I am pleased with the work Rug Masters did and it was a pleasure working with Kourosh and team. I would recommend using them, especially if you have hand-made rugs.
I thought my rugs where ruined after the carpet cleaner couldn't get them clean. Should have brought them here first. Rugs came back clean and without the smell of urine.
