I had been looking for someplace where you weren’t treated as separate body parts but as a full connected human; I was also hoping to find a place where I could work closely with one person for a full session and Moov delivered! Dr. Lindsey was my first point of contact and she was so helpful and encouraging while arranging an initial assessment. During my initial visit, Dr. Garret actively listened to my list of chronic and acute pain problems and then validated the severity of each issue during the physical assessment and what my preference of treatment priority would be. While discussing my proposed treatment plan, he provided clear explanations of what he had determined was most likely causing the problems and walked me through the full treatment plan. Each session is 1:1 for the full hour, you receive your doctor’s full attention with position corrections and frequent checkins during each exercise. I saw immediate improvement during my first appointment and I’ve been building on that ever since! My at-home exercises have also been easy to keep up with, they actually work with calming down and reducing pain flareups, and I can tell I’m finally building back my strength.
I am very grateful I found Moov, and they have delivered on every promise made: they looked at the whole picture; 1:1 attention, and education and exercises you can keep using, no joint cracking just to get you back the next week.

“Dr.Bowser is an amazing Chiropractor.. He knows the body and is a healer... I started coming to his office 3 years ago, I was suffering with severe sciatica nerve pain and could barely walk.. I always thought it was my back , he told me it was all coming from my knee, causing me to walk wrong ..
