Both my wife and I have been coming here for the past two years. I've noticed that the last 6 times we've been here the service has diminished. Today, January 2, 2023 was the epitome of extremely poor customer service. The foot tub did not produce hot water nor did the jacuzzi work. For me my visit was over. Granted my wife continued on with getting her nails finished. For me I was past the point of letting them touch mine. It's real sad that their customer service has hit this loss. Will we be back... Save your time & money! DO NOT GO HERE. Spend a little more & go to No.1 New Top Nails (or anywhere else at that)! You'll get offered water, have great conversation with the techs & your nails will be flawless & if you aren't pleased they will make things right. Coelia Nail Spa doesn't provide any of the above. Men & women come to the nail salon for an experience. To unwind, whether alone or with friends, away from kids or spouses & I left this place more uptight than when I walked in. UGH. The "spa side" manner here is extremely poor & the services are worse. Told the tech I wasn't pleased with the service & she pretty much said "ok?". Won't be be back. & my gel nails...read full review
