Andy fixed my clothes dryer today; it was making a racket when it was spinning. Sonia, the person who set up the appointment was super helpful. There was a cancellation for a day sooner and she texted me to see if it worked for me. I had another appliance repair co. give me an estimate (days ago), but I didn't care for the tech; I felt like he was just guessing at the repair since he didn't open up the unit.Therefore, I asked my property manager for a referral, and she gave me the number to All American Appliance Repair.The tech, Andy, called me to tell me he was on his way; he came on time and was very polite. Today Andy from All American Appliance Repair came out and replaced my ice maker. When I called to schedule the appointment I had to leave a message. I received a call back within 45 minutes. I explained exactly what was happening and was asked for the model number of my refrigerator. Since I had been having problems and got it working several times only to have it fail again I knew it needed to be replaced. They worked within my schedule for the service call. Andy arrived first thing in the morning, took a look at the problem. He had the part I needed in his truck and before long I had a new ice maker and I was a happy girl again!!! They were able to give a correct diagnosis of my sub zero and repair it the same day. Andy had the parts available and was able to fix it without having to order. I will definitely use them again.
