I absolutely love the La Paz location. Nikole is always THE SWEETEST!!! & the rest of the staff is equally great! They always remember who I am, they never make me feel d*** when asking questions, they are patient with me (when I forgot to activate my new debit card ?) & they are so informative. They go above & beyond to make sure you have exactly what you need for the best experience possible. Oooo another thing.. they text you monthly specials & I LOVE THAT!!!! It’s so convenient. I came in to literally spray tan 1 time. I was firm on that. Until the girl at the front counter explained the many benefits of signing up. lol Her name was Layla (easy to remember if you are an Eric Clapton fan. Anyway I have been going to a few months now and I love it. I have literally tried to hire Layla but she said she loves tanning and the salon. Bummer for me, but great for the salon. I tried a few different spray recipes that they offer but have found my favorite is the one that Layla recommended the very first time I went is my favorite. Really happy to have a membership.
I had to write this review because WoW! Layla is by far the most sweet,helpful, kind, professional & very knowledgeable person! She talked me through everything I needed her too & was so very patient! She multitasks with out taking any attention off you she gives her best to everyone that comes in each time I have been there, when she was also working with me which I must say is hard to do sometimes but she was a absolute pro!!! Her personality just fully brightens up my day, the care she takes to make sure I'm happy & satisfied with my tanning experience is priceless! I'm so thankful to have walked in & met her because she is one of the main reasons I decided to go ahead & join the At The Beach tanning family! I had another place in mind but after meeting Layla the choice was beyond simple! It's a blessing to have her there what a phenomenal employee you have in her! She is a brilliantly epic addition to that business for sure! I look forward to going each time always praying she is there because she makes the time a happy one!!! Fantastic is definitely a word to describe Layla! Anyone who doesn't see the treasure she is, is blind! If she was not there I probably would have gone somewhere else but she completely sold me with everything she brought to the table, I couldn't be happier, I absolutely love Layla!
