California Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy - Laguna Niguel

I have been going to California Rehab for a number of months and they have done an excellent job for me. I had a major surgery on almost my entire spine in August 2022. After about 6 months, my surgeon suggested that I could go to physical therapy. I went to three different physical therapy organizations and was not at all satisfied with my treatment and their organizational approach and behavior. I stopped going. My back was still full of pain. I had a hard time wearing my clothes and shoes and even laying down to sleep. I had to take very strong pain medication to somewhat reduce the pain. My insurer sent me to California Rehabilitation and Sports in Laguna Niguel for help recovering from stabbing pains in my hip flexors. Certain every day life movements could cause extreme pains. Walking down stairs, getting on and off a bicycle had become things I avoided. It was starting to get depressing. Keith Corbin, the director, is a master physical therapist. I felt safe under his care. During the course of about 6 in person appointments over a period of about 3 months and doing the home exercise routine he prescribed, my condition has improved and is now near normal. I been with this group months before and a year after lumbar L4-5 fusion surgery and they've been wonderful! Edward and Juan know so much about body mechanics and ways to work on issues. I'm doing my wall planks as I write this! The facility is new and clean and the personnel are kind and friendly . Keith is the owner and he is great too! I will definitely go to them again if I need further PT or tune up!
