I would like to provide an update regarding my daughter’s appointment. After an unfortunate experience when scheduling the appointment over the phone, I had the opportunity to speak with the manager about the situation. He kindly assisted us and personally handled my daughter’s physical exam.
I truly appreciate his professionalism, kindness, and empathy throughout the visit. He made us feel comfortable and ensured that my daughter received excellent care.
