The facility is part of a well-maintained location with numerous amenities. While a day pass to the gym is included with a service, some feedback mentions bureaucratic sign-up processes for guests. Lifetime Spa at Laguna Niguel has the absolute best staff. Behin, in particular, is incredibly knowledgeable and her services that use the 'Dazzle Dry' nail polish system ensure that my pedicure color lasts a whole month! I appreciate her kindness and always leave felling positive and peaceful.
Lifetime Laguna Niguel is a top-notch facility, and I'm happy to live in an area with such a fine facility. I come at least twice per week, unless I'm traveling. The indoor pool and the room it is in are heated. There are staff constantly cleaning. There are numerous machines, classes, courts, pools, and free weights to exercise any way you'd like, and the equipment is well-maintained. The cafe is handy. I took my wife to be a guest, but instead of a simple form, they had some computer sign-up which just would not work. She was so insulated that she has never returned, and works-out elsewhere. That is not the fault of this particular location, just silly headquarters bureaucracy. I get a large discount on membership via my health insurance, but my wife would have to pay full price, so that is also a factor. The parking garage would be better if they made the huge trucks park on the bottom level and removed spaces so that the dive path corners were wider.
I just have to give a huge shout-out to Koda at Life Time Gym. Every time I walk in, he's one of the main reasons the experience feels welcoming and top-tier. Koda always greets members with genuine positivity, and you can tell he truly cares about helping people feel comfortable and supported. He goes above and beyond with customer service -- whether it's answering questions, helping with equipment, or just bringing good energy into the gym. It's rare to find someone who consistently makes your day better just by being there, but that's exactly what Koda does. If you're a member at Life Time, or thinking about joining, make sure you say hi to Koda. He's one of the standout reasons this location feels like a community, not just a gym. Highly recommend!
