A totally and completely relaxing experience. I'd never been to a Massage Envy before and everything starting with my reception by Alisha and Oliver at the front desk was calm, relaxing and professional. From the reception desk I was taken to the 'tranquility' room for brief wait for my therapist Dixie. The room was very comfortable, calming. It was awash with low lighting, meditative music. It really helped to set my mood and get my mind in the right space. In a short time Dixie came and lead me to a therapy room. Again a very soothing, calming and comfortable room. Sandra was hands down the best facial I have ever had! She was thorough and you could tell she actually enjoyed her job. She did every step with detail and I never felt more relaxed. She is the best of the best with Massage Envy. Go to her if you want the best massage! Thank you Sandra!! I will back just because of you!
Lisa is the best! I was living with excruciating pain in my tailbone for 10 years and in 2 or 3 sessions with her it was 90% gone. I tried 4 or 5 different therapists before I found her and I hope she never retires. ?
