“I did my certification with Rebecca and it was the best decision I could make!!! She is AMAZING!! She is beyond loving, caring and inspirational... she truly went above and beyond anything I could have imagined or expected. I have taken so many courses and classes and I have never felt so genuinely supported by a teacher before. When you're in her presence (in person or on zoom) you just know that she truly cares about you and that teaching isn't about money. It is truly her passion and purpose to inspire and uplift. This course is just so much more than a breathwork certification...you get all the knowledge and the how-to's BUT then you get all the other spiritual/inspirational/powerful gifts that come along with Rebecca. It was way beyond what I expected and it was a deep dive into my life. I left with clarity, direction AND a new purpose in life!!! I could not recommend her more.“

“I’ve been coming to 9round for about 2 months now. I decided to start looking for some sort of fitness due to weight gain. I choose not to go to a gym since honestly I’m not sure how to get started! I tried out other places like cross fit/cycling trials but didn’t really like it. When I came to 9round I immediately liked everything! From my first session to the trainers! The trainers are all so friendly and nice. They tell you how to do the stations and tell you how to correct it if you’re doing it wrong. Another thing is how efficient they are at getting the next station ready for you! They clean up the station for you so it’s ready for us. Ever since my 2 months here at 9round I lost about 15 pounds! My cloths fit better, and old cloths that use to be tight fit nice! My friends and even barber noticed a difference! :)“

“1 month into my membership at this boutique private training facility on Melrose. My experience has been 5* from the moment i walked in. Friendly, professional, well-organized and welcoming.No matter what your fitness level (mine is at 'Sloth' but slowly improving) their methodology is a good fit for all. If you're a time-poor professional like me, the focused high intensity 30 min workouts are a great option.All of the trainers are genuinely great to work out with and push you just hard to enough to ensure progress without wanting to quit... though you may occasionally want to curse at them!Wayne and Stephen, the owners, run a really tight ship, the facility is always meticulously clean and their custom app makes it incredibly easy to book workouts.They also have physical therapist available to help with rehab, mobility and functional wellness. Garrett is incredibly knowledgeable and his treatments are already helping my broken 50 year-old body to improve and heal!Really can't rate this place highly enough - if you're looking for a friendly, inclusive and professional place to start or continue your fitness journey, this is for you.“

The core memories I've gathered since joining this wonderful group of moms are moments I'll never forget. Natalia is not only a very knowledgeable and warm instructor, she always takes the time to assess everyone's posture and movements and thus, adjusts accordingly. The setting and wonderful view couldn't be more conducive to relaxation and focus, everything that an expecting mom needs. I was so happy with the strength work I did in these prenatal classes that I am now continuing with the sessions tailored for postpartum. A true gem of an experience!“

“We just finished our third training session with Tracy for our dog who was experiencing trauma from a cat attack. Over the course of about three months he's improved not only in the area of confidence in taking walks again, but Tracy also leaned into helping other areas of struggle such as leash walking. Having her there to chat through, demonstrate, and be there to advise as my husband and I tried different techniques really helped! “Firstly, I am so glad to have met another strong woman in fitness who just gets it. Michelle has been fantastic to work with over the past 8 months!I've been training with her weekly since June and have made significant progress with my strength goals through the programming and guidance she has set me up with. After lifting solo in the past and not having that one-on-one in person feedback and coaching, it has been a breath of fresh air to work with someone who empowers me with new knowledge and the science behind certain areas of lifting. She motivates me and pushes me to be my best every session we work together (even when I'm full of self doubt). I've been able to build up strength across the board in all three lifts (bench/deadlift/squat) with my Powerlifting programming and exceed all my former PRs. I can't imagine working with anyone else! I will be sticking with her as long as I'm living in LA and as long as she takes clients.My programming is updated every 8 weeks and we PR test as needed. There are a lot of weird egos in fitness across LA and I can kindly say that there is none of that energy here, and Michelle is truly dedicated to her craft and very well educated on all things strength/nutrition. I'd recommend her without hesitation to anyone who can budget in working with a personal trainer. Bonus points: she's actually hilarious as well!“
