Natalia is truly a master at her craft. I have worked with many trainers and none addressed the actual problems underlying my posture except for Natalia. Honestly, I had episodes of back pain before pregnancy and how she trained me and cued me helped tremendously- minimal back pain and stayed strong throughout. I trained with her all the way up until 2 days before delivery. She knows how to work with a woman- knows when to push and back off. Post partum she developed an amazing plan to get me back on track. Currently 4 months post partum with no pelvic floor issues which I attribute to her. Hands down worth every single penny. Glad I found her!

She is very thorough with intake and customizes and adapts a workout program based on your ability and goals — makes constant iterations based on her observations of form, energy, development and so on. She’s not just there to call out exercises and reps. She cares about creating an environment that makes working out feel like a habit vs a chore and is compassionate. Don’t be fooled though - she is tough but that’s why she’s the best!
