Just completed my first training cycle at Sparta and am the strongest I have ever felt. This is a safe environment to learn how to properly weight train, mixed with Olympic lifting. Everyone attending the classes are welcoming and supportive!

We just started classes at this place! So far, my daughter loves it and it the instructors are very hands on and there’s plenty of instructors to children ratio, which is very helpful.
