Very interactive atmosphere that pushes you to be better everytime you come in. If you like tight knit communities and the chance to challenge yourself mentally and physically this place is for you.
Great classes. Lots of different martial arts (Jiu jitsu, kickboxing, krav, judo, wrestling, etc.). Great coaches. Tried a few different classes and they immediately made me better. Best fighting gym there is. I started going more and learning all kinds of different martial arts and saw how they all blended together. I highly recommend Sparta for anyone who wants to learn how to fight.
I travel a lot, and this place was welcoming and a great place to drop in for cross training. The 7am was 3 awesome strong women, and the owner allowed me to bring my young daughter with me to workout, which is something we do at home. Great people, great vibes. Pretty wild space with a super fun monkey bar setup.
