My name is Senthil. I have been working out of this Gym for more than 1.5 Years. It is a great place where coaches are friendly and know how to get results from their clients. I learned weightlifting and skipping skills in this Gym. Great vibes, and people are welcoming and supportive. I highly recommend this Gym!

Joining RegenX Fitness is one of the best decisions I have made. Justin and Gemma have been so helpful in dialing in my fitness and nutrition needs. I signed up for personal training with Coach Frankie and he has been amazing in scaling workouts down to my level and helping me build up strength. Everyone has been super friendly, helpful and family-like. I look forward to getting more healthy and fit with RegenX! Thanks so much for the great experience!

Like many people, I must admit that I set yet another Goal at the top of the year to get healthier, work out more, etc etc etc. I tried something new this time though, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Joining RegenX a little under 3 months ago, i was so nervous and felt like I would embarrass myself tremendously. I was pretty sure I’d fall off too. Me? Consistent with exercise? No way.
