My experience was great . Meredith is very thorough and very knowledgeable . She walked me through all the exercises I had to do to get better and gave me my homework on what I had to do everyday .All in all my injury was gone in under a week . It was amazing . All her staff was amazing . I would highly recommend Elevate to anyone .Matt D

I feel so fortunate to have found Elevate Physical Therapy. Everyone I have worked with there has been incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. From my visits it is clear they can handle all ages and all types of problems. I have gone from intense shoulder/neck pain to being able to move freely without any discomfort. Kyle, in particular, is great to work with. He makes every session fun and informative at the same time. The entire facility is very clean and you can tell it is well-maintained. I can’t recommend them enough!

Dylan helped me build back up, after being hit with ITB issues from my 50 Miler this year. He was professional, looked at my running form, found weakness in my glute through assessment, and gave me an exercise plan that allowed me to get back in the game and run in 2 more ultra races this year. Thank you Elevate!
