“Kevin is an expert fitness trainer, focuses on correct posture, rehabilitation and emphasis on right formThe excercises go progressively challenging, and continuous guidance from kevin makes it really effective.I joined Kevin Torrance Gym around october and now it is even more easy as Kevin comes to home and do personal training right at my home.He brings all the necessary gears, adjusts his excercise based on the space available and even use them to advantage, I had a slight slope in my backyard he just used it to make my excercises more challenging Apart from it, Kevin motivation and positive attitude also feeds the mind and push past your limits. I focus on lot of fittness and eating right, I found the right mentor / friend / coach to help me to stay fit and excel . Good luck kevin, looking forward continuing our routines in 2022“

“I've been training with Mitchell Fitness Systems for years and can't recommend Thomas enough. He's encouraging, really cares about fundamentals and technique and is fun to work out with and talk to. You can tell he's really passionate about his clients success, fitness and health and he cares about your goals and will tailor make workouts to help you achieve them. Working out has felt like a chore before but working out with Thomas is something I always look forward to! An hour workout will feel like fifteen minutes“

“I experienced my first session this morning at South Bay Trainer. Clayton Moore was my trainer. The vibe was chill, yet focused. I was part of the 5AM morning workout crew. Everyone was really friendly, motivating, and doing their own workouts. It was nice seeing other people focused on their fitness goals. There were people of many fitness levels represented, which put me at ease. I noticed that my trainer was able to manage everyone's workouts effectively, while making sure I was performing each movement with the correct form. I love the semi-private atmosphere. I am definitely signing up for more sessions.“
