I’ve been working out on my own for year but I love coming here and not having to plan my workouts. The circuit class really challenges me. I also love the Pilates class and recommend it even for beginners. I can’t recommend this place enough.

HIIT is supersonic fun!! Raphael and the whole team are absolutely and utterly incredible from HIIT & private training to Yoga & Pilates. More importantly, the community is so awesome, positive and inspiring, there is just nothing like it. I have always been a workout-holic who prefers to workout or train alone as I think that is serious, but therapeutic personal time to get the job done especially towards a specific goal. And I do have the discipline and perseverance to begin with, so I don't necessarily need the motivation from outside source. Elite HIIT, Pilates Reformer, Yoga Classes, Personal Training, Open Gym and Sauna / Cold Plunge all under one beautiful roof. State of the art equipment, free heart monitors and towels. Raphael is an inspiring master trainer (but make sure to reserve your spot in advance as his classes SELL OUT). So grateful to have found this GEM of a studio in Santa Monica! Don’t think twice, just come and check it out. You won’t be disappointed!
