Amazinggggg work! I have gotten my eyelashes lifted before *technically twice* but the second time (with a different tech) didn't even look like I got any work done. The very first time I got an eyelash curl I was in love and couldn't find the tech anymore at the salon as she left. Since then I gave up on getting them done...UNTIL now. Andrea made me fall back in love with lash lifts and she has amazing work. It is exactly the style that I was going for and I am normally sensitive in the eye area but I was not experiencing any stinging with her. I loved everything about my experience and the quality of Andrea's work. Thank you for doing such a great job Andrea! I even loved the location and how cute her salon was decorated for the Christmas season. The little holiday touches were nice

We always get terrific service and medical treatment at Family Care Center in Costa Mesa. Amanda is one of the certified Physician Assistants there, and she is great. She thoroughly explains everything, she listens to your concerns, and she answers all questions. Amanda is extremely knowledgeable, and has an excellent manner, and is sincerely concerned about your well-being. I have nothing but the highest praise for her and everyone at the Costa Mesa office.

I was so nervous going into the appointment but Nicole was beyond genuine and her energy made me feel so comfortable and at home right away.

I was looking for a new mani/pedi spot in Costa Mesa and randomly stumbled upon this gem on a Sunday afternoon! I called ahead, and they were so kind and had now wait. They even went out of their way to send me a text of their address and the name of their business! Once I arrived, the two women were so lovely and provided me with a drink menu (tea, water, mimosa, or champagne) and offered me a menu of their offerings for their services. I was quickly attended to and immediately received my glass of champagne AND they put lemon slices in the foot soaking water. Extremely spa like. As a medical professional, I additionally appreciated that all of the equipment came out of sterilized packets from an autoclave. I will be returning to this salon and will recommend it to all! Plus, the prices are affordable compared to other studios in the area.
I've been coming here for about 6 months now, and this is officially my spot. Tiffany and her techs are consistently amazing and friendly. When I come with ideas, Tiffany can design them on the spot or make the color I want. She has great selections, and the shines last. Prices are just right. I haven't yet indulged in the complimentary drinks, but will treat myself one day. Services are easy to schedule online, on the phone, or walk in.
Conveniently, there's a good consignment store called So Lo next door. So now I can't stop by one place without having to visit the other.

A couple of years ago I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease of the skin that particularly affects my nails. It is very difficult to maintain on my own and all of the big nail salons want to just make my nails look pretty with polish and shove me out the door. On the other hand, Kathy is VERY thorough (like a perfectionist) and cares about the health of my nails. My hands and feet haven't felt this good in YEARS, literally. Kathy is also very pleasant and fun to talk with. I felt very welcomed by her and comfortable in her presence. I feel lucky to have found her.
The staff is very friendly and easy to communicate with. I like that they check in during the service to ask if you are satisfied. Also, clean and comfortable and a peaceful atmosphere. Oh! and they were gentle! I hate being cut by the nail file!

I have officially found my new nail spot! After searching for a few months I stumbled across K&K on Google and after reading the reviews decided to give it a try. I waited a few fills to write this review to make sure they were consistent and they have been!! I feel comfortable at this salon, the techs are friendly, quick, efficient, and don’t push you into services you don’t want. I think the prices are very fair and the work is consistent. I went to this nail salon and couldn’t be happier with my experience! Not only was the pedicure done beautifully, but Hannah created an amazing nail design on my toes. She was so sweet and patient, even when I changed my mind a few times. The massage was also very relaxing. I’ll definitely be back for more services, including a manicure Costa Mesa, because the quality here is outstanding!

1989 Nail Bar is excellent! I was able to make an appointment, name the services I wanted - gel removal, builder gel infill overlay on natural nails, nail art - and then was met with full professionalism with Claire for my appointment. The salon was clean, friendly, and easy going. They carry a lot of Asian gel brands which I tend to prefer and was having a hard time finding in a short time researching.
Claire was an excellent nail tech who took my inspo - smoky/marbly magnet in a fall color palette - and worked through how she would accomplish it with their products, as well as communicating clearly what she was doing during each step (including asking if the service was feeling ok, things like possible heat spikes and my comfort level with the efiling sensations). I appreciated this so much as I was coming in cold as a new client and having felt left in the dark by techs in the past and not loving the results. I would absolutely recommend Claire if you are looking for more Asian styles nail sets (nuance nails, 3d art, certain types of colors) and an all around good experience. Thank you!

I had a curly cut by Katie and she DELIVEREDT. I am obsessed with the shape that this cut gives my hair and the bangs are exactly what I wanted. I've had curly bangs before and I was scared to get them again, but I just love the way she did them so much that I see myself continuing to get my bangs trimmed to keep them :) She taught me how to style my hair like this myself at home as well, showing me the products she used, how much of each product, and how to apply them. She also had the products available to purchase. The salon itself is very cute and inviting. On top of all of this I really enjoyed sitting in her chair and chit chatting! She is so sweet and also has amazing curls herself. Highly recommend

I went in for gel mani/pedi. I ended up getting a gel acrylic manicure, and gel pedicure. In total (not including tip) it came to $91 and I got french tip on both my hands and feet. They were very nice, the service was great. I will admit that the outside of the building looks a little questionable but the atmosphere is much better on the inside. I will definitely be going back!

I started looking for a facial apt since I’m getting married in a few months and want my skin at its best. I was hesitant and worried about finding the right place since my skin if so sensitive, however after having my first appointment with Ellie, I knew I was going to start seeing changes in my skin. I booked my first appointment not knowing what to have done since I’m new to the world of facials and while I was in my appointment, Ellie helped explains the different facials, the pricing and the benefits for each facial. After she explained each facial, I decided to do the hydro facial and oh my goodness my skin loved it! I was 19 when i started coming here. She is the person to go to for your first time. She's licensed and highly knowledgeable. She really cares for her patients and gives advice catered to each person. She rebooted my entire digestive system. Made my colon strong and killed my bloating problems and constipation. The results have lasted years, i'm 25 now(: I've been over 50 times here, it NEVER hurt. I felt amazing after. She does not rush a thing. She asks you constantly how you feel and if it's okay. Massages. Listens to you. She deserves the world. She changes people's happiness and daily health. She became family to me. She's down to earth and kind and takes health seriously like we all should. Amazinggggg work! I have gotten my eyelashes lifted before *technically twice* but the second time (with a different tech) didn't even look like I got any work done. The very first time I got an eyelash curl I was in love and couldn't find the tech anymore at the salon as she left. Since then I gave up on getting them done...UNTIL now. Andrea made me fall back in love with lash lifts and she has amazing work. It is exactly the style that I was going for and I am normally sensitive in the eye area but I was not experiencing any stinging with her. Hiring Heather to do hair and makeup for my wedding was one of the best decisions I made! She is so incredibly talented and truly listens to what you want. Izzie is a proactive business owner and consultant! When I moved to Irvine I was in desperate need of a local hair stylist experienced in thick coarse middle eastern texture hair. I made a post on Nextdoor app and Izzie commented right away offering her services and booking was easy and quick. Her consulting style (to me) is honest and modern. She keeps up with the latest styles and what looks good on you. I had an artistic weave done and it was my first time hearing about this type of coloring. Looks like highlights but it's not, it is a very lengthy process only a master of color could achieve. (OH and she also cuts my hair! After having breast cancer surgery and losing my nipple, I felt so much less a woman. Getting out of the shower, I'd get a glimpse of myself in the mirror and hated what I saw. After consulting with a breast plastic surgeon, he recommended Jason to me. We met several times as I was nervous never having a tattoo before. Jason explained everything, in detail, and let me think about it until I was ready. One year later, I can tell you with total conviction, it was the best thing I have done. Jason is a true artist! I called several plumbers after I was overcharged by Barker Brothers for a sewer cleanout. I had roots in my clay sewer pipe causing back up. Barker quote me $15k for a clay pipe sleeve to the street (80 ft). Fanti used a camera and showed me the problem both under my house and outside. He quoted $9k total for trenchless pipe bursting and entirely replacing my clay pipe with poly pipe. He also included descaling/jetting my kitchen line and 50 feet main line under the house. The following day my shower line mysteriously backed up and he came and unclogged a giant hairball for free. Fanti was very responsive, on time, meticulous and explained everything in detail. He used a tamper and backfilled all the dirt. He left everything spotless. He provided a more practical solution than the others for 60% of the price. A brand new wider diameter polyethylene pipe should easily outlast a epoxy sleeve forced into a crumbling 60 year old clay pipe with a narrow diameter. If I ever have any future plumbing problems, I will definitely call Rob Fanti.
JustinTime is by far away the best plumbing service I have ever used. I keep going back to them for good reason. I was having an electrical panel issue in my home which caused my water heater to shut off . They got two technicians to come out at the very end of the day in less than an hours notice to find a way to give me hot water until my panel could be fixed. I have previously used them to repair a pretty major leak and replace my water heater . The response time is better than anyone's as well as the service and work. If you want an ethical Fair company that is your go to for any plumbing issues look no further !!!

I wish I could give Benji Grooming 10 Stars. I have been using them for years, and they are the best-kept secret in Costa Mesa. My dogs love going to Benji's. The staff and groomers are amiable and professional. They give me a pickup time; my dog is always ready. I just adopted a poodle and couldn't wait for them to transform him into a show dog. OMG, I couldn't believe it when I saw him. They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Also, Benji's pricing is very fair.
My pup Teddy loves it here. We’ve been to Petrichor twice since moving to this area and second visit was even more pleasant than the first. Each appt I’ve made very last minute, to which they are always happy to accommodate. My dog comes back shiny fluffy and happy. You can tell all of the staff cares about the pups and really that’s what matters. I recommend this business for sure.
I highly recommend coming to hotworx . You really get a double workout while enjoying your fitness classes inside the sauna rooms. The staff in Costa Mesa HotWorx have been so sweet and helpful every single visit 10/10 ?
This place is the best! I love the sunrise yoga classes, the classes are perfect for beginners but also for people who have been practicing for years. The smaller class sizes are great and the teachers really take time to give personal attention to each student.
I've been 3 times now for free meditations and what can I say, how do u beat free? I was looking for a place to learn meditation and have tried other types and locations, and they're all good, but the practice offered through yoga center is more in line with what I was looking for. They also offer all kinds of yoga classes. I haven't tried yet but the costs seem reasonable. The meditations are offered almost every day with different instructors that walk you through different techniques. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming there. And after the meditations people stick around and maybe have a snack or some tea and get to know each other. I can't say anything bad about the place and I'm surprised that having lived in OC my entire life I had no idea this gem of a place existed. I need to get Alicia to join me. With her crazy workload she could use it.

This is by far one of my fave Pilates studios in OC. Very surprised with recent reviews. Fallon is AMAZING and her classes are by far one of the best in OC. It’s clean and I love the mirrors on the ceiling.

Leia at Rockstar Massage is incredible and definitely a rockstar when it comes to massages. I am so lucky that I came across her business on ClassPass ~2 years ago. I have consistently been coming to her for massages, and can confidently say that she by far gives the best massages I have ever had. She focuses on problem areas, tailors each massage to my needs, and gives me homework/stretches to work on until next time. She truly knows human anatomy. I remember the first time I went to her, I asked for deep tissue with 10/10 pressure and couldn’t handle it. We laugh now, but her deep tissue massage is seriously deep tissue- I always go to her when I have a kink because I know she’ll be able to work it out. I always leave her massage studio feeling like a new woman. Leia is a hidden gem located in Costa Mesa/Newport. Her massage studio is super cute and in a convenient location off of 17th street. Book a massage with Leia- you will never want to go anywhere else!
I so appreciated Maya’s thorough assessment of my issue and her plan to help my body realign its pathways. She has a gentle touch and with small, focused pressure, she taught my body how to let go of old patterns and trust that it could make new ones. I highly recommend working with her.
Loved the experience! I got a luxury full treatment massage with aromatherapy, hot stones & a salt scrub. My skin felt so smooth after and I was able to take a shower in their luxurious and clean bathroom to rinse off. The place was really clean and organized. I would definitely come back for a couple’s massage next time!

I was referred over to Ying by a friend almost 2 years ago, and I haven’t stopped going since. Ying is absolutely incredible. I have referred her over to numerous friends and family members and we can’t get enough of her. Her therapy treatment is one of a kind. She knows exactly what your body needs without saying a word. I used to be a former athlete and am still very active. My monthly sessions with Ying are just what my body needs. Highly recommend!

Where to start? I had bone on bone vertebrae (the other doctors said, I needed surgery) in 2011, I'd surfed for 34 years at that time and built surfboards for 25. A coworker kept hounding me to see Dr G, but I'd seen every "backquack" from Santa Cruz to San Diego. On the verge of being disabled I made an appointment. I brought my MRI (he laugged), and he said, we'll have you out of here in three visits. It took two, and I was laminating 16 boards a day, paddling outriggers, spearfishing and surfing. With his method of treatment and exercise I've never had to take a day off for my back. I moved up north for eight years, had some joint issues other doctors couldn't resolve. I relocated back to Orange county, and went to see him with a C1,C2 accute Jefferson fracture, and shoulder pain. Just got out of my 3rd appointment, my neck cracked about 50 times, the interns zapped me with those machines, and I'm fixed. Unless you're terminal this guy will fix you. Updated; I'll expound on my review by bringing attention to Mike Peck, Dr Mark, and Dr Andrew. All who also are incredible at their jobs, and have helped me. The entire clinic is impressive.

Someone told me he has hands of god, and I can vouch for it! I've had chronic back pain for +10 years & been to multiple doctors, chiropractors and physical therapy all ended up in vain. When I moved to OC, someone recommended Dr. Arai. In I go with full of pain, out I came with my body feeling ever lighter and aligned. His method might be somewhat different from many chiropractors you've had sessions with. No fancy machines, no unnecessary joint adjustments where you feel no change after the adjustment. He carefully examines your body and makes adjustments as necessary. I've been with him for 3 years now, and my condition has significantly improved! Now I come back for him to make routine adjustments (my posture is bad that my back gets misaligned if I left it unattended). If it wasn't for him, the pain was so unbearable that my life would've been miserable. Take my word and just make an appointment. You won't regret it. Oh, the price is very reasonable too. It's less than most chiropractors in the area & with significantly better outcome.

I've been to a lot of physical therapists for all kinds of injuries over the years, ProSport, and specifically DPT Pham, were very attentive to my needs and progression, and helped me to build a plan to make progress on my injury outside of the clinic. This is not the kind of place where you come in to get a massage and sent on your way - they give you homework on how to make your injury better, and provide progressions week to week as your symptoms improve. If you want quality physical therapy tailored to the concept of actually making things better over time and not just short term relief of symptoms, ProSport is a great choice. And I cannot recommend Pham highly enough!
Kind, supportive, listening, engaged. I suffer from hip and leg pain due to pinched nerve and bulging disk. I didn’t want acupuncture to work, but it did! Didn’t feel relief until 3rd treatment, but doing well now after years of pain and sleepless nights.
I initially began perusing acupuncture after experiencing debilitating knee pain, stiffness and difficulty ambulating, come to find out I experienced a meniscus tear and femoral cartilage damage. I am a physical therapist and knew the steps to take although this didn’t feel sufficient and I wanted to give my body the best chance at recovery, non-operatively. It was my first time with any acupuncturist and I had lots of questions regarding traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, holistic medicine and related information. Lynda was very helpful! I felt listened to, heard, understood and validated. She explained what she was doing on a basic and deeper level as I was able to understand.She performed a variety of techniques including discovering a pattern of liver chi stagnation, Auricular acupuncture, mirroring, using shaking to wake up the body, acupuncture with light movement, heat lamp with infrared, lineaments, encouraged lifestyle and activity modifications! The first notable feeling I experienced after my first session was feeling clear minded. I also tend to have vivid dreams after acupuncture. I felt relaxed enough to fall asleep during sessions, come to find out this can be a good sign of your nervous system ramping down the fight/flight response to feel comfortable enough to fall asleep. There are also lymphatic system benefits which was very important for my case since I had swelling in the knee which did help! I had about 8 visits over the course of about 1-2 months and by the time we concluded with the acupuncture visits (which would have put me at 5-6 months after my initial knee flare up), I was feeling great, in fact more confident and rested. I progressively began returning to my regular activities of surfing, rock climbing, mountain biking and eventually skiing!I would recommend Lynda to my friends, family and even to the patients I treat who might be struggling in various areas of their life/health especially where western medicine is lacking. If your insurance is not accepted, I still recommend paying out of pocket. Please don’t put off your health or let things build up into a chronic problem.
If you are reading this, you are extremely lucky to have come across the best doctor I know. Dr. Subhash has changed my life. I concussed for my second time while mountain biking and have had headaches and vertigo for almost 4 months all day, everyday. I saw a neurologist and physical therapist and still no luck. I was beginning to feel depressed and worried that I would never feel the the same as I did pre -concussion. It all changed when I saw Dr. Subhash. My aunt has been seeing him for 20 years along with my cousins. My head is doing 95% better within a few treatments. He has helped with my neck, back and head but even more special, my happiness.
