I have a 7 year spray membership with PBT and have had recent corporate accounting issues. Brissy (Manager of Harbor location) and Mya got my account back on track in less than 10 minutes AND Brissy ran back to the store from her lunch break, to ensure my account was re-activated without issue. Thank you both for making this issue a NON-issue and Harper thanks you for the dog treat!

I had such a nice experience visiting Palm Beach Tan for my spray tan. From the moment I walked in until I was finished with my spray tan. The girls were very attentive, friendly, informative on the membership, pricing and details, and made that process very easy. I'm so glad I chose to go to this location for my tan. Also, in the past I have had times where my spray tan might come out streaky or uneven at other tanning salons, but my tan looks great, and it is even in very dark. I love it!!

Been a member here for 12 years and I have never had better customer service than I have from Sara. She is amazing!!!!! Can't wait to come back and sign my boyfriend up because of the service and the beds are fantastic!!
