Absolutely amazing first class with Scott! Beautifully meditative pacing. I was able to relax and sink into the poses (and really enjoy each pose).And the community vibe was so warm and welcoming. It actually felt like home for me. Relaxed and joyful vibes. Looking forward to the next class and hopefully I can add to the good vibes.Thank you Scott! Wonderful experience. ✨
