In my 25 years of being a homeowner, I have never experienced a higher level of customer service from any tradesman than from Matt at Newport Coast Electric. I was experiencing faulty fire alarm units and Matt dispatched a technician within 2 hours of my call. My issue required additional visits and they followed through on rescheduling and service without additional calls or prompts from me. I highly recommend Newport Coast Electric. They provide the gold standard of service.

I had a great experience with Newport Coast Electric. It felt like Matt, the owner, and Azlan, the electrician, really went out of their way for us. Even when things didn't go perfectly, they were totally open to hearing about it and fixed things up fast, plus a little extra. The whole crew was quick to respond and just so professional the entire time. What really got me was how committed they seemed to making sure we were happy. Totally would recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch service with a personal touch.

I've worked with Matt and Newport Coast Electric for years, both at home and for business. In all cases he and his team are everything you want in a contractor. They're responsive, they show up when they say they will, they are transparent about costs and estimates, and they do good work. Matt's team is always very professional, polite and hard-working.
