10/10 recommend HotWorx Costa Mesa!! I’ve tried every workout in the books (OTF, Nike Training, Pure Barre, Pilates, beach workouts, Perspire..the list goes on), but HotWorx has hands down been the best thing for my body! Low impact, detoxifying, and you’ll sweat buckets. Friendly staff, clean studio & the price is unbeatable!

HOTWORX is one of a kind form of exercise. The place is amazing. It offers an opportunity to work out while detoxifying in an infrared red sauna at the same time. You can achieve results very quickly in a time efficient form of exercise. You can do cardio as s well as yoga and Pilates. The staff is very professional and helpful. The facility is very clean. The fact that you can access it at any time even after business hours makes it very convenient.
