We had issues with our toilet making weird noises. We found it was wasting a lot of water. NICO & RAY came by and diagnosed the problem quickly. They came back with a new toilet, installed it quickly and hauled away the old one. They were professional, courteous and very clean. I would highly recommend this company.

I called DC Drains and plumbing to remove a kitchen faucet where the holding nut was rusted and calcified. I could not get it out on my own. Robert came an hour after I called and was friendly and professional. He was able to remove the old faucet quickly. I’m really glad I called because it saved me so much stress. The estimate was very reasonable and I’m glad I went with DC Drains and Plumbing.

I called DC Drains on a Friday and they were able to come to my house next day first thing in the morning. Their rep, Dennis Medina, was very professional and clearly stated my options and costs for each option. He was not pushy at all and even gave me some good advice for small things I can do to prevent/help the issue from reoccurring. I gave 5 stars because I believe that when paying for a service, honesty is the one thing a customer is expecting along with great service. I would recommend this company to others.
