Todd is the best! He always got back to me straight away every time I texted him. Reliable, solid communication which I so much appreciated. I schedule a carpet cleaning w him but unfortunately our apartment complex locked the water spout so there's no water hook up and the leasing office wouldn't unlock it for us to have Todd do the cleaning. I was super bummed and relayed this to Todd and he called me and even apologized on behalf of my apartment complex. It's not even his fault at all; it's my apartment complex and their unwillingness to let me get my carpet cleaned by a vendor of my choosing. Genuinely the nicest person you'll ever speak to. Todd is so responsive and helpful. I wasn't able to use his service due to a location issue, however, he recommended someone who could help me. 10/10 business. Highly highly recommend!

I needed someone last minute and Todd came to our rescue!! We have used him a few times since and every time he's done an outstanding job ! He's approachable , efficient, on time and trustworthy!
