Had two other hvac firms out and this business found a bad component the first company did not. They took apart the a/c system to repair and were done in less than 2 hours with everything. Their attention to detail and efficiency brought to light aspects that were missed in the initial examination.
A past negative experience left me cautious about hiring contractors, but during the A/C dismantlement, they were punctual and careful, explaining each step as they took apart the unit over the course of two hours.
The installation took about an hour and felt appropriate for a programmable thermostat compared to my previous experience with a more complex smart model. The technician explained the wiring differences clearly and verified everything was functioning correctly before leaving.
