I've used Mark and Kelley's day spa in 2018 a lot for hyperbaric chamber sessions when diagnosed with Ocular Melanoma. Dominic D'agostino's advice that cancer grows rapidly without oxygen and oxygen kills it must be true as the tumor became an empty shell and then became a behind-the-eye scar-rare. I felt comfortable and supported by owner, Mark, who is full of knowledge. The atmosphere is calm but energetic. You can tell Mark and Kelley built this house of wellness and fitness from love. They live the life themselves. Back for more hyperbaric!
Dan V is an amazing massage therapist. He applies the right amount of pressure and finds the painful spots and helps to loosen them. He's helped me recover from multiple strains from heavy workouts. And just in general, this business is such a hidden gem. You would never imagine how deep the store is. It seems small but it’s huge and they have so many different wellness treatments and equipment. The storefront contains so many interesting goodies to shop. I always enjoy getting a little sweet treat on my way out and giving the dog a little pat. This is an excellent spa that I wholeheartedly recommend.
