I’m not even 3 weeks in, so I will probably update this review later. But I can confirm that I’ve already been seeing significant results after just 4 appointments. After two years of being the same weight, even with working out 6x a week and intermittent fasting/fasting, and eating what I thought to be healthy, I dropped 4.5 pounds in just two weeks after seeing Kacie.
