Maya Ray Rolfing, Craniosacral Therapy + Yoga

I had numerous Rolfing sessions with Maya and she was awesome- not only a terrific Rolfer, but a truly caring, generous and lovely person. I always felt much better after a session with her. Highly recommend. :)

Maya is a gem! That was the most restorative and healing single session of bodywork that I have ever received - and I'm not new to alternative therapies (i.e. yoga, acupuncture, massage, reflexology, etc.). I have a fused spine and scoliosis with chronic pain and imbalances. Even as a yoga teacher, there are always places in your body where tightness and mobility and energy get stagnant. Enter, Maya!

After an hour of craniosacral and rolfing therapy, I feel light and balanced and pain-free...And, I cannot wait for more sessions! Maya was not only knowledgeable but intuitive. She knew from the first few minutes after an initial assessment where my longstanding issues were hiding. I feel grateful and lucky to have found her here in San Clemente! I think I've found my next step in my healing journey. The admiration and gratitude is real.

I so appreciated Maya’s thorough assessment of my issue and her plan to help my body realign its pathways. She has a gentle touch and with small, focused pressure, she taught my body how to let go of old patterns and trust that it could make new ones. I highly recommend working with her.
