I initially began perusing acupuncture after experiencing debilitating knee pain, stiffness and difficulty ambulating, come to find out I experienced a meniscus tear and femoral cartilage damage. I am a physical therapist and knew the steps to take although this didn’t feel sufficient and I wanted to give my body the best chance at recovery, non-operatively. I started seeing Lynda about 4.5 months ago and have loved it so far! We’ve been working on treating RA and fibromyalgia pain and my pain levels have significantly improved. So far acupuncture is the only thing that has helped bring relief to my chronic pain. Lynda is very kind and thorough, she always makes sure to get the full picture and history! I highly recommend seeing Lynda and working with her! I look forward to going every week, it’s such a relaxing and restful experience and it has definitely improved my overall quality of life.
