HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Not only do they have amazing customer service, but their work is very professional. My two rugs looked brand new after they cleaned them. They got all the stains out from my dog and kids, which I didn’t even think was possible. I also love supporting a family owned business, especially when they’ve been doing it for years. They clearly know what they’re doing when it comes to making carpet, rugs, and upholstery look brand new again.

I've been hesitant to reach out to a carpet cleaning service the last few years, because a lot of them seemed inconsistent and overpriced. But, when one of my dogs soiled an expensive area rug, I decided to try Steam Master. I liked that I could drop the rug off to them, and meet who is running the business. I was so impressed with their professionalism, friendliness, and pricing, that I had them come out and clean the wool runner on my stairs which came out great as well. Steamaster of Orange County on Santa Ana Ave in Costa Mesa is a reputable, well-established family run carpet cleaning business that has served our area for many years. I am soooo happy with the results of my large shag area rug cleaning!!BEWARE to not confuse this family run business with Steamasters ( note the "s")!! I accidentally called the mobile van service thinking it was Steamaster. I had a very unfortunate experience with the mobile van service as they had no office, inexperienced cleaners and the company does not stand behind their work.
