So happy to have found Frank and Judith’s new studio! No one can cut my hair like he does. He’s been in the hair industry 40+ years and has done it all! I only trust Judith and Frank with my hair. They work great together, Judith does my color and does a beautiful job everytinre. Frank cuts my hair and always gets it right. She’s been doing my blonde and back to natural and now back to blonde proces.
