I have had two gel pedicures at Ritz and will plan on going back for a third, as long as my preferred technician, Lisa, is available. She was genuine and sweet. The other gal, whose name escapes me, was a bit curt and very directly asked me how much I'd be tipping her. I always tip a service provider like this, but it was an uncomfortable and forced conversation.

Would highly recommend Ritz nails. ANNIE is wonderful! She is so experienced (30 years!!), quick, talented and easy to book. Would recommend the dip then gel manicure- stays on for a whole month without chipping! Annie makes sure you are happy with the results and is so kind. Ritz is always clean and has a positive environment.

This was my first time at Ritz Nails and I had an amazing experience with Natalie!! Normally at other salons, my nails would be sore after they used the electric nail drill but Natalie was extremely gentle and to my surprise my nails weren't sore after. They have a lot of OPI colors (like over 300), so I didn't know what color to choose. However, the manager, Amy, was nice enough to help me choose a color that was so pretty!! Everyone who works there makes you feel very comfortable and they make sure you have a great experience. Plus, I think their new renovations make the salon look so beautiful and inviting. I will definitely be coming back to Ritz Nails!!!
