I was plagued with back issues when my chiropractor sent me to this studio. Since doing Pilates here I am now pain free after years, and I no longer see a chiropractor. Life changing is an understatement. I fish from boats and after doing Pilates for a while, my balance on the boat improved significantly. I didn’t realize I had a balance problem. This became apparent the following spring, after I had been doing Pilates for about 6 months. If you have balance, strength, or back issues, I highly recommend this studio. This after being in strength and cross fit training for a lifetime.

I love rain so much! She’s the sweetest I’ve been going to her for my waxing since she opened her studio in Chico! I have a crazy schedule and she was always sweet and accommodating when I had to make last minute changes, she’s also really good with skincare and teaches you all about aftercare for your skin. Another thing I love about her is how CLEAN her space is, I’m a licensed cosmetologist so I’m super picky about spaces being clean enough and she’s just THE BEST! If you’re not going to her you’re missing out! I moved back to SoCal recently and I’m so sad I won’t be able to go to her anymore, she’s probably waht I miss most about Chico!

For a long time, I had been looking for someone who could really cut hair well. After searching a lot, I found Wild Heart Hair Studio with Kristy Nall online. I checked her page and it gave me a good vibe.
Even though I don’t speak English, I decided to go with faith and give it a try, hoping I could explain what I wanted. Language was a challenge, but in the end the experience was excellent. Kristy is a true artist with the scissors: she understood me, was extremely patient, and used a translator to communicate with me.
I was delighted with my haircut. I recommend her 100%.

Never had to wait, price is on point, and they the real deal cutting hair. I’ve been going to see Jess for about a year now for acrylic overlay. I usually go with an image of what I like and from there she is able to collaborate with me and turn it into something I love. The main thing that sets Jess apart is that she is a true artist and has that artistic eye. She gets excited about doing something creative and different and she is just such a positive, fun energy to be around. She has amazed me over and over again with her creativity, artistry, professionalism and work ethic. I cannot recommend her enough and can say with 100 percent certainty that you would leave her salon disappointed.
Hands down the best pedicure I've EVER had. I've been here twice now and both times were fantastic. They were also incredibly accommodating, they opened up early for me and my best friend on the day of my wedding. I seriously have to give the biggest shoutout to my hair girl because wow… yesterday was not easy ? My hair had years of stubborn dark box dye buildup, and I know it would’ve been easy for someone to say no or give up once she saw what we were working with… but she didn’t. She took a chance on me, trusted the process, and spent hours working so hard to help me get where I wanted to be. Through all the stubborn spots, all the patience it took, and all the extra effort, she never once gave up.
I’m genuinely so grateful she took a chance on me and believed she could bring my hair back to life. Not only did she completely transform it, but somehow after everything we put my hair through… it still feels so soft, healthy, and alive. That alone blows my mind ?✨ You can tell when someone truly cares about their clients and takes pride in what they do and she absolutely does.

Jennifer was fabulous! I treated myself today with a facial, and she gave me one of the most pampering and relaxing facials I have ever had (and I’ve had a lot!) She had so many extra touches that made it special,too many to put in my review but there were candles everywhere and a hot foot bath aroma therapy and massage of neck,shoulders,arms/hands and feet! It was perfect and it was such a good time! Shes very knowledgeable about her profession and explains things very well so that you know what is going on and helps you understand what your options are. We discussed doing some other services and I will be going back next week to have some derma planing done,and I’m excited to try her lash extensions as I like her approach to them,as she makes sure you understand the service and the maintenance as well as doing things in a way that will keep your natural lashes in good health. I took a handful of cards to give to friends,and I can’t wait to go back!

Sara-Jane is a master at what she does. I always book with her, unless I have a time constraint, then I cross my fingers and hope to get her. I have been getting Brazilians for almost 20 years. I've worked with a handful of practitioners in that time and Sara-Jane is by far the BEST! Fast, excellent technique to maximize comfort and she's a very genuine person.

We just happened to walk into the tattoo company and Jay gave us a great quote and was able to bring our idea of our tattoos to life. The price was great, shop was nice and Jay was excellent. Our tattoos were very simple and Jay took his time to make sure they looked great. You know you’ve found a good artist when the artist gets excited for their work at the end of a tattoo. I highly recommend Covello Plumbing! Dustin installed a new gas line for a fireplace gas insert. The fireplace installers said the line was in the perfect position. During the gas line installation, Dustin ended up finding 4 gas leaks, two of which were under the house. Kyle and Dustin worked to get the leaks fixed that day. I am so thankful for their help and expertise. By catching the leaks, the gas line passed inspection with no problem. Kyle even stopped by later to drop off a vent cap for an old heater we were going to have removed. They are professional, thorough, and affordable. Thank you, Covello Plumbing!

Hooker oak plumbing company is the only plumbing company I trust. I've used Curt many times including recently fixing what another plumber from an un-named reputable company mis-diagnosed over charged and ultimately did not fix. Not only does he do a great job for me every time I've used him, I've referred him to at least three of my friends who all called me shortly after to say thanks and they were very happy to know an honest plumber. I just had my water pipes replaced because many people in my neighborhood were having leaks due to the builder’s use of inferior pipes. The water pipes were in the attic because the house is built on lava rock. Several of my neighbors had Vince at Chico Plumbing Solutions replace the old pipes with a better quality . Vince has done an excellent job for all of us , keeping the floors protected and minimal dust. I was surprised at how quickly they were able to complete it! About 4-5 days. Laura, his wife and office manager, was very helpful. I asked a lot of questions, and she was always kind and prompt in her responses. I really appreciate the work they did, and will continue using Vince for all my plumbing needs
Our insurance company required us to get some safety equipment put on our water and propane pipes. I had no idea what was required and was very confused. I called eagle plumbing and Elaine was so sweet she helped me decipher what was needed and even reach out to my insurance agent to verify what we needed to satisfy the insurance company. Her husband and son came out and got it don’t quickly. We have dealt with a lot of contractors and specialist and Eagle plumbing was one of the most positive experiences we have ever had. I love that they are a family business! Hope we don’t have any issues with our clumping in the future but if we do Eagle plumbing is going to be our first call.
Plumbing all stopped up. Called early morning for help and JOSE got here a little before noon (SAME DAY!!!). He worked long and hard cleaning out roots from a long dead and gone peach tree and got everything working like new. He is a very delightful person and I am glad MOE'S was recommended to me by a friend. They will be my #1 go-to plumbing company from now on. I know you will be happy to have them work for you if you call them! My bill will be mailed so I don't know how much it will be but I'm certain it will be reasonable.

It only takes a short few minutes talking to someone to get a good picture of how they carry themselves. Gavin at Bullseye Plumbing gave great advice to me as a customer in just a few short minutes call that saved the day. Water heater issue fixed, and wife will be happy camper tonight. He is confident, knowledgeable, and friendly. He tries to get you back on your feet providing what advice he can and should you just want an issue taken care of, he's right there and available to provide sound customer service and support. Excellent and will be using him again in the future as well as referring him out to family and friends.

I needed a new circuit for an AC/heat pump installation and was scrambling to find someone. Devon was the first to pick up and said he could stop by after finishing a full day job. He showed up the same evening around 6:30pm, assessed everything, gave me a fair ballpark estimate, and returned the next day to complete the work. He had the new circuit installed in just a couple of hours and charged me at the low point of the ballpark estimate.

Jason found a serious fire hazard within my dryer. It was bad and he fixed the problem in short order. He pulled the drum out of my front load dryer in a hurry that would have normally took two people to do. This guy is awesome. We’ve used Bio Kleen for carpet, tile, rug, and furniture cleaning three times now- and there’s a reason why we keep coming back. Their work is so impressive. They clean a variety of fabrics in our home, including designer wool rugs. They’re always punctual, respectful, and do thorough, quality work. They even cleaned the baseboards and handled multiple pet stains for no extra charge!
John, the owner, is really invested in the outcome of each clean. He explained how their method of extraction with steam and a specially designed hood managed to get out ground-in dirt that other cleaners had missed. I can’t believe how much dirt they extracted from our carpets. John offers a variety of cleaning products with an emphasis on pet friendly and environmentally safe choices, and the price is all-inclusive (no one else in the area offers the same level of service without upcharges).

She has an artist’s ability to design rooms that are functional and beautiful. The colors flow beautifully from our kitchen to the bathrooms.
Keith oversaw the entire project. From his vast experience, he offered wonderful suggestions all along the journey. He has a marvelous eye for detail and is meticulous with his craft. Here’s a great example. My wife and I selected beautiful tile for our bathroom floors. But when the tiles arrived, a box of them were the wrong color! They were gray. Keith and his tile guy, Brian, looked at the “wrong” tiles in the box and made an amazing discovery. They were the perfect color for our bathrooms. Keith called this to our attention. He and Brian were right. They were perfect. Talk about serendipity!

Wowzer! Kyle and Crew 3 did such an awesome job in taking out a tree in a difficult backyard location. They were quick, quiet, hauled the entire tree out to put it in the chipper, and left a stump at ground level that is flat and not unattractive. When we first started looking for someone to redo our backyard, we were incredibly frustrated by the local options. Most of the contractors we met with either tried to push generic, cookie-cutter layouts or just wanted to execute their own rigid ideas without actually considering how our family lives. Shane and the team at Arbor & Earth were the exact opposite. They took the time to genuinely listen to what we wanted, walking the property with us and collaborating on a layout that felt completely customized to our lifestyle. They built a 3D landscape design and for us, coordinated well with the pool contractor, and had great advise and ideas for each decision we got hung up on.
The construction phase itself was incredibly smooth. We’ve all heard horror stories about construction communication, but they kept us updated constantly—we always knew exactly who was going to be on-site and what was getting done each week. The quality of the construction is phenomenal; you can tell the work was done to last, right down to the irrigation, woodwork, and custom metal trellis.
Our new backyard has completely changed how we spend our weekends, giving us a beautiful, peaceful place to unplug and host friends. Even after the project wrapped up, Shane has stayed in touch to make sure the plants are thriving and that we’re completely happy with how everything is settling in. We are already looking forward to partnering with them again for our front yard remodel in the future.

Dr. Robles and the staff that helped me were so patient and helpful with me. I am one to be anxious when going to the d3ntist and all for them catered to what helps me and was even taught some new ways of controlling my anxiety. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a place that feels like home and a place that is very knowledgeable as well. They even treat children 1 year olds and up. They are awesome!!

Briar is an amazing hygienist! Like many people, I’m not a fan of dental offices because past experiences have often left me feeling judged or discouraged. Briar is completely different. She is kind, professional, encouraging, and makes every visit a positive experience.
I’ve now had three dental cleanings with her and have already scheduled my fourth. For someone who has always struggled to go to the dentist, that is probably the highest compliment I can give. Briar has made me feel comfortable and supported throughout the process, and I truly appreciate the care she provides.

Phenomenal service! During my initial visit, they were able to fit me in the same day that I was experiencing discomfort. They quickly, and compassionately saw me, and referred me to whom I needed to see to remedy my issue. This was a true humanistic visit, I felt like I was viewed as more than just a number, the associates we're very caring and empathetic. I even received a handwritten card after my services. I cannot recommend this place enough. Hailey is AMAZING, she is the only reason I religiously come back and get my teeth cleaned. If you're on the fence, or traditionally don't like getting your teeth cleaned, she's the hygienist for you.
Really nice people. They care a lot about their level of care and making sure you’re informed and comfortable. If you ever have pain, they get you in immediately. My appointments are always on time. Loved my teeth cleanings here (I almost fell asleep). They offer SureSmile, too, so if you’re interested in straightening your teeth that is an option. They don’t take Delta, but you pay 100% up front, they bill Delta, and Delta reimburses you; it’s a pretty simple and straightforward process.

First, Heather is so kind and caring. I called her at my wits end in pain and feeling really broken (literally) she was able to get me squeezed in the same day/hour I called inquiring about cost for uninsured ($50 after the initial $75 I think it was) , I just moved from WA. And am trying to find a new care team. Dr Kirk was great. He's super friendly and explains everything so well while showing you muscles and skeleton on your person as he's describing it. He's a bit more gentle than my last chiro but that's not saying it's bad just different. He got me all put back together and told me the best way to work out the knots I have in my shoulder. His and Heathers smiles and personalities are so warming, so glad I found them.
Super great place, other staff in the office has been super welcoming and it's a clean office. The coolest part is the mini Pac-Man game for people waiting though I haven't had anytime to play it.

Dr. McBee is the most brilliant chiro/doctor I've worked with. I've met with doctors, other chiros, pain specialists, physical therapists, and nurses, all of whom were clueless about my bulging disc and chronic pain. I've made fast progress with him & even found herbal supplements which have brought my pain levels way down! This is the first time in 4 years I'm making progress with strengthening my back so I can heal!
I have always had lower back pain. Dr. Rogers was the one that could fix it as a machine that he does manually so he can adjust it perfectly by fill and touch which is very important to me because he understood the body I was able to walk and taller I might add! I told her I recommend Dr Rodger!

Sandy has been the best vet. She has seen my two dogs for 8 years and given me terrific advice and options for treatment when issues have come up. Her quality of service, ethics, and compassion for both me and my dogs is better than any I have experienced through decades with dozens of pets with other vets.

I can't say enough good things about the Hot Yoga Club of Chico. The community here is so welcoming, and every single teacher is extraordinary, patient, and kind. I really appreciate the diverse schedule and variety of class styles they offer. The classic Bikram-style and restorative Yin classes are my absolute favorites, and the Fit Flow class is a fantastic workout that brilliantly blends yoga with cardio and strength training. It's a true gem in Chico!
I was plagued with back issues when my chiropractor sent me to this studio. Since doing Pilates here I am now pain free after years, and I no longer see a chiropractor. Life changing is an understatement. I fish from boats and after doing Pilates for a while, my balance on the boat improved significantly. I didn’t realize I had a balance problem. This became apparent the following spring, after I had been doing Pilates for about 6 months. If you have balance, strength, or back issues, I highly recommend this studio. This after being in strength and cross fit training for a lifetime.

Ben is incredible. I’ve had good massages, great ones — but he is a true healer. I rarely write reviews about anything. But Ben is on another level. I leave feeling SO much better & the effects of his work last much longer than any traditional/swedish type of massage (that most people think of). I’m a 25+ year veteran of the restaurant industry and my body (feet/legs and especially lower back) is wretched from running around restaurants for decades. Just experienced my first deep tissue massage by Justina 2 days ago, and it was amazing! I’ve been dealing with severe neck/shoulder pain for 2 weeks and nothing has been able to help me. I finally decided to try a deep tissue massage to see if it would help and I’m finally improving and the pain has gone down significantly. While the deep tissue massage wasn’t as relaxing as the normal Swedish massages I get, it was necessary and I will be back for another one in a week to help with my muscle spasms.
Justina was so kind and communicative and you can tell she really cares about what she does and cares about helping you feel better. Her prices are very fair as well.

This was absolutely fantastic! The massage therapist was incredibly skilled and met all my needs perfectly! When I arrived, she first talked to me about my symptoms and then offered several different massage options. She was an excellent communicator, warm and friendly, explaining in detail what she would do and the specific steps. She even gave me some tips for relieving pain at home! If I could give it 100 stars, I definitely would! I'll definitely come back!

I have been treating with Dr. Regina Dagorret for over 20 years. She has not only treated me, but my children as well who are now adults and firemen and who continue to treat with her. Our treatments have ranged from addressing sports injuries, childhood chronic ear infections, stress and fatigue and the overall balance of our bodies. Since originally treating with Dr. Dagorret, I have been diagnosed with Chronic Lyme Disease. In fact, after many visits with many medical professionals, it was Dr. Dagorret who pinpointed the causes of my mysterious symptoms and she has supported me both emotionally and physically through my healing journey. I can't say enough about Dr. Dagorret. She is the whole package with a common sense approach to healing, an incredible listener and proficient doctor. Many times as patients, we give up the "good listener" for proficiency. With Dr. Dagorret, that is not necessary. She is and will always be one of my lifelines and for that I am blessed.
Today was my first visit to the Healing Center and I was super happy with my experience! The services are amazing and they offer so many different things. The staff were incredibly sweet, caring, and welcoming, which I really appreciated. They also offer hot tea while you’re there, and they have beautiful items for sale like tinctures, crystals, and more. Such a calming and positive environment — I’m definitely looking forward to coming back!

Dr. Katrina is wonderful!!! Extremely knowledgeable in her profession! I do construction for a living so there's always something hurting!! No matter what it is she has the ability to focus on that area and gets results every time. She's very easy to talk to and you can tell she truthfully cares about her patience. If you are somebody entertaining the idea of acupuncture I strongly recommend you give it a try.
