Simply Pilates
“I was plagued with back issues when my chiropractor sent me to this studio. Since doing Pilates here I am now pain free after years, and I no longer see a chiropractor. Life changing is an understatement. I fish from boats and after doing Pilates for a while, my balance on the boat improved significantly. I didn’t realize I had a balance problem. This became apparent the following spring, after I had been doing Pilates for about 6 months. If you have balance, strength, or back issues, I highly recommend this studio. This after being in strength and cross fit training for a lifetime.”
