We contacted Joe at Atlas, and he quickly set up an appointment for the very next day. Joe also texted us to let us know he was sending Brian, who arrived about an hour later. Brian quickly diagnosed the issue, snaked the drain, and got the water flowing again. He was polite, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish, and the price was very fair. KP Design and Construction did an outstanding job for us! They remodeled our kitchen and bathrooms. Debbie worked very closely with us on the design. She helped us open up our rooms. She has an artist’s ability to design rooms that are functional and beautiful. The colors flow beautifully from our kitchen to the bathrooms.

Keith oversaw the entire project. From his vast experience, he offered wonderful suggestions all along the journey. He has a marvelous eye for detail and is meticulous with his craft. Here’s a great example. My wife and I selected beautiful tile for our bathroom floors. But when the tiles arrived, a box of them were the wrong color! They were gray. Keith and his tile guy, Brian, looked at the “wrong” tiles in the box and made an amazing discovery. They were the perfect color for our bathrooms. Keith called this to our attention. He and Brian were right. They were perfect. Talk about serendipity!

Craftsmen, Dave and Steven are very creative and work very hard to get every detail as perfect as possible.

The painters, Randy and Jack did a super job.
Brian and Brad do fantastic things with tile.

The entire crew is amazingly talented.

We are thrilled with our remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. They look magnificent.

The main contractor Tom and his crew took out our front porch and replaced the whole thing quickly! Tom recommended Trex decking and we were able to pick the color. Overall just a phenomenal job done by a very professional crew! They did the stucco and even put new electrical outlets for us. Tom made sure we knew what steps were going on and if any questions came up he always answered his phone. My wife and I are VERY happy with the outcome. We will definitely be going through experts in your home in the future for more renovations! The best part is we didn't have to do anything! No paperwork, no permits, nothing, Tom handled it all!“

The realtors (Kelsey & Ally) were wonderful to work with. They were always available to discuss upgrades/changes or questions we had throughout the process. Choosing our upgrade options were easy as the built-in design center in the model home was laid out with the homeowner in mind. we really appreciated how straightforward and enjoyable they made the process.

Even after moving in, dealing with a couple warranty items has been seamless. Any issues we’ve had have been handled quickly and professionally, which says a lot about a builder.

Their in-house loan officer was also great to work with and made the financing process easy from beginning to end.
