Best Gutter Services In Chico

Affordable JC Roofing

288 Panama Ave, Chico

Fri 7AM - 9PM

“I hired Affordable JC Roofing in July 2021 after getting four different bids, and I’m so glad I chose them. They did an excellent job on my roof — very professional, efficient, and impressively clean. Each day they cleaned up thoroughly, and the whole process went smoothly from start to finish.

What really stands out is their customer service years later. Just recently, at the end of December, I noticed a small leak in my bathroom. With Northern California expecting heavy rain, I texted the owner, Julio Castillo, and was honestly shocked when he sent someone out within an hour. Charlie came out, went up on the roof, found the issue, and fixed the leak right away.

That kind of responsiveness and standing behind their work years later is rare. Affordable JC Roofing truly cares about their customers. I highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Tugwell Roofing Co. - Chico Roofing Company

35 Heritage Lane Ste 7, Chico

Fri 8AM - 4:30PM

“Tugwell put our new roof on in less than a week in the summer. The crew was very polite and tried hard to clean up each day. We were able to use the financing option for payments which was nice. (The total cost was surprisingly more expensive than we thought it would be.)”

Chico Roofing Company

3030 Thorntree Drive Suite 2, Chico

Fri 7:30AM - 4PM

“I hired Chico Roofing Company to replace my roof and add a covering to my attached patio. I don't know how to gauge if the work was done correctly, but it looks good from the ground, so I guess?

I will say that Cal gave me the estimate, and he was great, and the price was completely reasonable (I compared with two other companies). I really appreciated working with him. I also know that Chris (? I think that's his name) was the foreman on my job and he was great any time I had to interact with him. Very pleasant and patient.

However, the scheduling and communication during and after was abhorrent. Not so bad that I wouldn't recommend them or hire them again, I likely would. But trying to coordinate when they were going to do the work, or if they were going to do the correct work, or how/when I pay the invoice was just infuriating.

Again, I would likely recommend them, but feel there's definite room for improvement.”
