Embers hvac company is great. They kept me posted on when they would arrive, called to come earlier, checked out the hvac system and were very professional, honest, knowledgeable and efficient. It's been my experience that not all hvac companies are like this. Im grateful we have this jewel here in Oroville, Butte County. Chuck and his crew came in the morning and installed a 50 amp Breaker, ran 220v service to my garage to install a Autel 50amp EV charger inside the wall no exposed wires in garage very clean installation, quick and efficient installation. Completed in the afternoon. Great job guys.

Tiffany goes above and beyond for all of her clients. I started bringing my daughter and my grandma to her because of how thorough she is. She spends so much time on my daughter's extremely thick hair making sure her highlights aren't chunky. She sends appointment reminders the day before and is always accommodating if an appointment change is needed. Highly recommend Tiffany for your whole family!! ???
Our first time trying Supercuts. Will come back! We used to go to their competitor in town but they let us down 3x in a row so we decided to give Supercuts a shot. The wait time was a little longer than what we were used to but we found out for a good reason why! They take their time with each patron they had. They explained things well to my teen and made sure it was to his liking. We'd definitely wait again if we had to! They cleaned him off well too. His previous place they saw him in 10 minutes and left him needing to shower before he could do anything else for the day. Supercuts cleaned him off so well I didn't even need to dust off any hair lingering.

Shane is so good with kids. My toddler got a booster seat, dinosaur cape, picked out toys to hold and a sucker at the end. My son was scared of the blow dryer and Shane helped him not be scared and let him have fun. He went above and beyond!

I have only availed myself of hair appointments and have been very pleased with the results. The only discomfort I have experienced is the noise level in the salon. Wearing a mask as well as hearing aids with piped in music and other conversations also going on, it is almost impossible to converse....not exactly the relaxing “me” day I would wish for. It won’t make me stop coming to see Danyell...she accommodates my daughter and me in our appointments together and treats us very well....and we love her work!

They offer not only the usual Mens and Women's Haircuts,Haircolor and Perms,but they also offer Hotheads Hair Extensions as well! They also offer Facials,Nails and Eyelash Extensions at very reasonable prices.I had a Facial and Shampoo and Blowdry and walked out feeling amazing!!!! If I could give 6 stars I would! Saw Whitney for a head spa service (Divine Touch Skincare) and she did an amazing job. This was by far the most relaxing and unique spa service that I have received. She gave me an in depth scalp assessment and then massaged and treated my hair so well. Will definitely be back!

I love my tattoo and I adore the artists! They made me feel so comfortable and confident. They’re so respectful and funny. It was my first tattoo and I barely felt any pain, 10/10 recommend.
Shop was clean everyone was professional and made it easy to relax and not feel pressured to get a specific thing that was different than what i wanted. Floyd has done my memorial tattoo, my first professional tattoo and the one on my thigh above my knee and all three have tuned out beautifully. i also got all of my piercings there from various piercers over the years and each one has been professional and kind.
We needed a new water heater; ours was very old and leaking. After getting some quotes, I called Big D's Plumbing. Donald came by to take a look, in between other jobs, and didn't give me any runaround or try to upsell me on anything. He said he'd have to price a water heater special because we live in a mobile home and have size restrictions. He called me back a few hours later with a quote. He arrived on time, got right to work, and was very clean and professional. Within a few hours, we were back up and running with a quality water heater and a tidy installation. The job went smoothly and quickly. What surprised me was that the price he quoted was the price I paid – no hidden fees or taxes. I was expecting a ballpark figure, as I'm used to those types of fees. It was refreshing to deal with an honest individual with an old-school work ethic. I will definitely recommend hiring Donald and Big D's Plumbing.

What started out as an ordinary driveway reconditioning (scrape, road base, spread and level) ended up a disaster, AKA nightmare. Beside myself with worry, I called Jason the owner of Slack Construction. Another company had referred him to me and said, “He is the man to call.” As soon as he answered the phone I cried “Help.” And just like that, two heroes on white horses galloped up my driveway within the hour. After coming up my driveway I did not need to explain my problem to Jason and his brother Jamie! Jason told me “Not to worry” and assured me that he could fix my driveway and would return tomorrow.As promised, the next day, Jason along with his brother James, arrived promptly at my home. They brought all the necessary equipment to complete the job at hand and went straight to work. They did not miss a beat! They were professional, knowledgeable, polite, and courteous and quickly completed the job. My driveway was beautiful; level, smooth, even, did I say beautiful?Jason and his brother Jamie loaded up their equipment and waved goodbye. Two heroes riding off into the sunset. Synergy Builders really came through for me in a big way! We had been looking to get repairs done on our home for awhile, but it had been difficult for a lot of reasons one of the biggest being finding contractors who knew how to approach the jobs and were actually reliable. Joe and Joseph were really great to work with. They knew what they were doing, found a really serious issue with our sump pump (and resolved and explained the initial issues immediately at no cost that 4 other contractors/plumbers never even mentioned, found, or made a bid for $1000s to even consider working or investigating the issue further).
They worked with us to stay within budget and fixed some other issues outside the original contract that were related to the job at no cost, which was really above and beyond.
I had one project I had been trying to complete for years and years! Even when other work was attached, no one would touch it, grossly overbid, promise to follow up, but nothing ever got done. It’s completed now.
Joe and Joseph are both really easy to work with, and I will be reaching out again when I need a contractor. Synergy Builders is a great company and approached the work thoughtfully, efficiently, and professionally.

I had Thurman's Tree Service scheduled today 2/5 to trim 2 trees & a very tall tree height overgrown hedge on my fence. Perfect timing as it was just after we had that terrible wind storm last night. Gordon & his helper did an outstanding job. Thank you both. A very honest hard working man & was more than fair on his price. From the storm all around my house was covered in tree debris plus broken limbs. When he was done cutting my trees & hedge he cleaned up every inch of my front & backyard, driveway, street, sidewalk...areas having nothing to do where he was working. I couldn't be more pleased with his work, employees, timely response to phone calls & reasonable price. Highly recommend him.

Dr Parrott is excellent...I've only had two dentists in my lifetime that I could actually say were painless dentists...Dr Parrott is definitely painless...he's been my Dentist 5 yrs now and I'm not a fan of going...but he is so gentle & calming...I just had dental surgery but the whole procedure went so much easier than expected...he's so gentle when doing shots... hardly noticed...he makes you feel safe & secure..glad he's my dentist...makes less frightening

I love and trust Dr Dallas with my precious fur babies. She saved Ghosts life and reversed his severe allergies and he is a happy frenchie....We take all of our frenchies there now and they treat us like family. Kind staff that calls to check our our fur baby after a visit to be sure they are doing well. They just care for my babies like I do and that is Huge for me!!! 10 out of 10 would recommend 👌 ❤ 🐕 🐈 😻
