Jan is a life saver!! I highly recommend her for bodywork for any pain, irritations, or just for stretching your muscles. I have immediate relief at my appointments with her, and the relief lasts because I truly believe she is helping my body heal. Do not hesitate! And Jan is a very kind, calming person who makes you feel comfortable at all times. I always fall asleep even though she is working really hard on my more problematic areas..she is a knowledgeable + strong lil cookie!

I first went to Jan when I couldn’t even move without crying from the searing pain in my lower back. She assessed me, slowly incorporated fascia stretching and then relieving massage. I walked in to her office in tears and bent over like I was 80 instead of 39, but I left able to stand and sit without electric shock running down my leg. She was my saving grace! That was two years ago and now, I can’t get in to see her enough. For relief, relaxation, or mainly for me...stress induced back pain release. I can’t say enough about her professionalism or her skills. If you are in pain that you think can’t be relieved...go see Jan! She’s amazing!!

Jan is amazing at advanced integrated bodyworks. I see Jan at least once of month for massage and fascial stretching therapy... Ive noticed great improvement in my mobility and strength. Highly recommended
